Not FKS, this would most likely be a youth academy run exclusively by the Savez, not associated with any club. Probably something like the famous French academy Clairefontaine, only on a smaller scale of course.
I don't know. There has been a lot of talk about UEFA and FIFA providing funds to build a professional academy for the best young players in Bosnia, but little details as of now. I'll post if I find out anything new.
A lot of able men have in fact deserted. That's a fact. Now, since the BiH judiciary system hasn't been established in a capacity that it could process all of the cases of desertion they (deserters) are getting off the hook. I wish something could have been done about that tho. Ustasha and Chetnik propaganda has no limits. During the war more could have been done by diaspora and more could be done now.

I went to that site, and it's the Jews for Jesus movement that made the movie, lol. That's a fringe group, to say the least. They quoted some verses from the Book of Isaiah at the end of the clip, making it appear as if the verse is talking about Jesus, but it's not. It's taken out of context and was written hundreds of years before Jesus supposedly lived and it's part of the Old Testament.
