Games this week: (all ET) --Kansas City @ Spirit, Saturday 6:30pm --Flash @ Red Stars, 6:45pm --Thorns @ Sky Blue, 7:00pm --Dash @ Breakers, 6:30pm As is usual, "weeks" are treated as ending on Sundays, (I know the Fantasy League last year had a different setup, but ending-on-Sunday is the norm from what I've seen,) so the Spirit @ Reign game will be part of Week 3.
I agree with this, not sure why the FL is different. What happens in weeks were there are wed & thurs games.... Anyway, I'm waiting for the injury report
I was going to wait for this as well, but now I'm going to the beach for the weekend. I'm going to miss a lot of soccer, but . . . the beach. Yea. Kansas City 4 - 0 Spirit Flash 1 - 2 Red Stars Thorns 0 - 1 Sky Blue Dash 2 - 2 Breakers Now off to do my Fantasy Team.
The Freaks come out at Night. And the Draws come out this Week. Kansas City 2 - 0 Spirit Flash 1 - 1 Red Stars Thorns 1 - 1 Sky Blue Dash 2 - 2 Breakers
I predict the score will be 2-1. --Kansas City 2 @ Spirit 1 --Flash 2@ Red Stars 1 --Thorns 2 @ Sky Blue 1 --Dash 2 @ Breakers 1
--Kansas City 2-1 Spirit, Saturday 6:30pm --Flash 3-1 Red Stars, 6:45pm --Thorns 0-1 Sky Blue, 7:00pm --Dash 1-1 Breakers, 6:30pm
KC 2 - 0 WASH WNY 2 - 1 CHI HOU 1 - 1 BOS POR 2 - 1 SB Yikes this is tougher than I thought it would be!
I don't know how many people like to consider the injury report, but it went up while I was at my grad student soccer tourney: http://www.nwslsoccer.com/News/802923.html Everyone is allowed to change predictions up until first kick! Also, a friendly request that everyone list their predictions as away-home and in the same order as in the first post, it makes it SO much easier to enter into my spreadsheet if I don't have to untangle a post to match my format. Alright, so my turn to predict: Kansas City 2-2 Spirit Flash 2-2 Red Stars Thorns 0-0 Sky Blue Dash 1-1 Breakers Yup, all draws.
Not really! There have been a fair amount of draws already predicted for the POR/NJ and HOU/BOS games, and with the other two I'm just anticipating (hoping?) that the homes teams, which are two of my faves, can pull out some points. Also: weeks where I picked all draws in WPS season 1 helped me stay in the top 3 for the prediction season. ;-)
