But our 4-1-4-1 high line will get ass raped by Madrid.. That's why I am suggesting the much more defensively stable jupp lineup
I think the Ballon D'Or three-man Shortlist should look something like, in no particular order: Christiano Ronaldo Phillip Lahm Luis Suarez/Robert Lewandowski Obviously this is without the WC and the CL fully factored in, but these are the standouts of this season for me. EDIT: And coach of the year should be Diego Simeone.
It would be deserved... With Suarez getting the upper hand against Lewy ... But a defensive player in the 3 man shortlist ??? No way that'll happen...
He has, but he won't ... That is unless we win the double-triple and Germany wins the WC ... And even still I think it'll be difficult...
Without him, BVB would be fifth to seventh in the league and would've been kicked out in the group stages. What do you mean "not good enough"?
It wasn't me that put him there... Anyway, Suarez so far is the guy that should get the Ballon d'Or this season so far...
And? Players like Suarez and Costa have had noticeably better seasons, even Ibra has a solid shout for it.
You are comparing Lewa to Suarez this season with a straight face? That is just just laughable. Suarez is leading the EPL in Goals AND assists. Without him, Liverpool is not even within the title hunt. Please, Suarez is the boss this season
Lewa wont make top 5 this yr, He isnt even the best player in the BL this season. AT BvB, An Argument can be made for Reus even better than him this season
Reus has been far too inconsistent this season, and has gone missing, meanwhile Lewy is spearleading our attack every match. I'd argue that Lewy was far more important this season than reus.
Nah, Reus is easily a player of the season contender. He had one bad patch due to overplaying and injury. His record speaks for itself being INVOLVED IN 40 GOALS IN DORTMUND'S 39 COMPETITIVE MATCHES THIS SEASON. And yes, Lewandowski has also been excellent but that's where you draw the line with superb BVB performers.
I think lewa has been class since MD1. He's literally been the only one carrying bvb on his back when everyone else was going through their slumps.. Go back to all the matchdays in the bvb forum and you'll read all the criticism at miki auba and Reus.. The only consistent person was lewa. We all even agreed how impossible it was going to be to replace him in the bvb discussions at the time.
