Nope Lopez is no longer on the team - I believe the comment about Raul was meant to be a joke. Its unfortunate because I liked Lopez - not sure what happened with him?

 

Unfortunate for him, 2 goals in 135 minutes is not bad production out of him, he didn't get much of a chance. He's still really young, hope he gets a shot with another NASL team.

 

I still follow him on twitter and instagram and he doesn't seem to be playing any soccer right now - hope he does get another chance!

Either NASL changes the rule for the fall season to allow 8+, or the Cosmos acquire an international spot from one of the other clubs most likely. If someone goes on that list, I imagine it's Noselli

I can see it happening. He's thirty six so,he's at the end of his career. The Cosmos also signed Marcos Senna last year.

Great news, Cosmos re sign Roversio to a multiple year deal!

 

Are you sure about signing, I thought they were signing Raul, and perhaps Roberto.

 

So we haven't signed anyone new, so far it's only rumors. I really don't mind that yet, IMO we have a decent roster to face the upcoming season, we just need to stay healthy.
That's the problem Senna is not 100% yet, seem like he's out for this weekend.

I don't know how good this would be for us, but it couldn't hurt....for the right price. We need someone with that ability and speed. IMO it's worth another try to bring him in, I would love to see him in the lineup. Specially with all the injuries we have.
On a seep rat note, when is this guy Dennison gonna get on the pitch already? He hasn't players but a few minutes against the BK Italians. He needs to get out there and make an impact ASAP, and next time let's do a complete physical before singing a player!

Looks good on the video, now we need that on the field. That kind of ability and the confidence to break players down one v one is what we're missing. Only Guenzati brings that from time to time. Plenty of Salvadorians in Hempstead , I wonder if we'll see them come out to support their countryman.

 

Was good to see Mario balotelli today practicing with the NY Cosmos but he was also practicing with the rest of his AC Milan team….here are some pics from that.
