If the organizers again will not change the format of the tournament, then the Champions League 2014-15 will be similar to the present: 2 teams - New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti, Vanuatu 1 team - Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia. 1 team in the preliminary round - American Samoa, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga.
Group C Tafea FC- AS Magenta 1-3 Ba FC - Hekari United 1-1 1 Ba 7 2 Magenta 4 3 Tafea 3 3 Hekari 2 Ba qualified, Hekari dissappointed. Fijian champion will be joined by three out of next four: Amicale, Auckland City, Pirae, Waitakere. Waitakere is the only team in need for win, other teams surely qualify with a draw, Amicale or Auckland can qualify even if they lose - if Waitakere don't win. I hope Waitakere won't qualify (don't like them ), so we see four different nations represented in last four.
Group B Nadi - Dragon 0-5 Amicale - Auckland City 1-0 1 Amicale 9 2 Auckland 6 3 Dragon 3 4 Nadi 0 Amicale defeated title holders and secured semifinal berth. Auckland City now awaits Pirae - Waitakere game - Auckland will progress to semifinal only if Pirae win or draw OR Waitakere wins by at least 5 goals.
Group A Kiwi FC 0-8 Solomon Warriors AS Pirae 3-1 Waitakere United 1. AS Pirae 9Pts 2. Solomon W 4Pts, +7GD 3. Waitakere 4Pts, 0GD 4. Kiwi FC 0Pts Semi-Finalists AS Pirae (TAH, 9Pts, +11GD) Amicale (VAN, 9Pts, +8GD) Ba FC (FIJ, 7Pts) Auckland (NZL, 6Pts) Draw TBA, 26/27 Apr & 3/4 May
What a shame for Solo Warriors to concede that late goal against Waitakere. It is known that Pirae will face Auckland City and Ba will face Amicale, but there is no info on hosts of first legs. Auckland should host it as it is lowest qualified team.
I think it will. Auckland - Pirae Ba - Amicale Something I have a premonition that Pirae beat Auckland City and in the region will have a new champion. Really want that-be champion was Amicale. To me they are more than the rest of the semi-finalists have liked in the group stage. I wish to see them on the Club World Cup.
Ba lost to Amicale at home, 1-2. Second legs next week, but we are st for Auckland City - Amicale final.
Amicale - Ba 0-0 in front of 9,000 fans Pirae - Auckland City 2-1, Pirae had 2-0 after 40 minuted, but conceded in the last minute of first half and that meant game over. Amicale will host leg 1 on May 10, leg 2 in Auckland on May 18.
First leg in less that three hours. GO AMICALE! I support New Zealand sports teams, but I am sick of ACFC always winning it and playing at CWC.

What a loss for Amicale, so unlucky, so undeserved. Auckland won it 2-1 with a winning goal in '87. They qualified to FIFA Club World Cup.
