The U.S. is in the semifinal round and we know that one game is scheduled for Tampa, the other for Kansas City. They haven't announced the site of the Jamaica game yet. The last three cycles, there's been at least one qualifier in Washington -- sometimes two (Guatemala 2000, Honduras 2001, Panama 2005, Cuba 2008).
