Didn't get the see the first caution so can't comment. Not saying the PK was wrong. I do think it's technically correct and Alves only has himself to blame. But I disagree completely with the guy who said the Mexican player could have won the ball. And I really do wonder if that call gets made in a tied WC knockout match, for example. And if it doesn't there, that raises the question of whether or not it SHOULD be called in other high-level matches.
