      Andy,

      Kermit was my AR on UCF-USF playoff match Nov 18. At dinner he told me who the crew would be for MLS Cup. Rumor is that Craig Lowry might become the new head of US Soccer. i know he has met with Asher so it could come true. I know there is a group that want him to retire. Also, Greg Barkey and Sandy Serafini have accepted positions within the US Soccer framework as well as someone from the west coast. Herb has been given the title of director of Professional Referee Development though not sure if this means he is the new assignor replacing Triche.
