78 days! Not that I'm counting.

Any Revs fans thinking of making the trip? I'm going to book my flight today...

If I am going to travel to watch a Revs' game, Houston is not on the top of that list. I know it's opening day, but I'd rather spend a few days in Montreal or Seattle or Portland or Chicago.

Heck, I'd go for RSL in March, and head to Snowbird for a few days afterwards.

I like to think of it as hydration.

My flight's booked. Weather in Houston, has to be warmer than here right now ... high of 73, low of 51 is the average for March. I just know I'm not a huge fan of strip mall city.

I'll be in Plymouth that weekend. I know there are a few folks that post here that live in that area. Are there any places to go to see the game? My Aunt has basic cable not sure if she gets the Revs games

Is it too soon to complain about the refs?

The cluster of injuries on our back line is a little concerning at this point. Hopefully an injury report will shed some light on whether Goncalves, Farrell and/or Tierney will be available for the trip.

Soares/Barnes looked okay vs. Colorado and seem capable of doing the job short-term. McCarthy looked very rusty in his short appearance. Donnie Smith looked pretty good, but also prone the occasional disastrous mistake.

Alston looked like a very good Alston, IMO. Capable of some stellar 1v1 defense, pretty quick into the attack, but also prone to a lapse in concentration or getting physically overwhelmed in the area.

Wish I could come up with something. Is your aunt's cable really basic?
I don't go to sports bars, personally, so I really don't know if any are soccer friendly in Plymouth. Best bet would be to go to Main Street and try either T-Bones or the Main Street Sports Bar and Grill. They're pretty much across the street from each other. T-Bones has a lot of TVs, so maybe they'll switch on to the game if you ask nicely.
