Not surprising, since it just opened...
things will probably quiet down in the next weeks (only to get spikes again when he will perform beyond fans' expectations ;) )

Well it definitely will be pretty hard to match Nakata's debut...

There are a lot of el shaarawy rumors floating around. I wonder if any of the interest is genuine. Gallaini will definitely sell him if the right price was offered.

I'm not sure what's omoshiroi at this point that we know that he's coming :p
I wish they stopped stalking her actually :ninja:

Today in the Milan-Rome pre-match coach Allegri confirmed that he sees Keisuke in the 4-3-2-1

Well, he's very incosistent and injury prone. I see El Shaaraway leaving sooner or later

Unfortunately, the club doesnt' trust El Shaarawy anymore. It much depends on Seedorf, whether he want to count on him or not.
There's nothing certain at the moment, the whole club is in the middle of chaos.

They should get rid of Muntari, but nobody wants him

I bought Honda's jersey and it arrived today!! It's the best fitting jersey I have ever owned. I'll try not to wear it every day. :D

My problem with jerseys is that I would have to buy 2: I don't want to sweat in it - even if you wash it, it ruins in time - but I'd also like to go with it at the stadium, so I would buy one for that and the other one, I'd treat it as a collector's item.

"I think Honda is a very fine player. I played against him with the national team, I think he's really good, with a nice left foot, I was impressed. He can score from every position so it will be important for us. I'm really happy that he's coming to Milan "
    - Nigel de Jong

edit: seems that a friendly against an amateur side is scheduled for the 3rd of January. Could be Keisuke's first appearance with the team...

Today Nikkan Sports reported more about his training, which is going non-stop since the 19th in Tokyo.

    Next matches for AC Milan:
Jan. 3: Milan-Solbiasommese (test with an amateur side).
Jan. 6: Milan-Atalanta. (Serie A, Keisuke in doubt)
    Jan. 12: Sassuolo-Milan. (Serie A)
Jan. 15: Milan-Spezia. (Coppa Italia, if they win and Inter beats Udinese then it's derby again)

    Sponichi interviewed Galliani.
    http://www.sponichi.co.jp/soccer/news/2013/12/24/kiji/K20131224007259850.html
    Some quotes:
"I spoke to Alberto Zaccheroni, who praised Honda's approach to football and mental strength."
"Keisuke fits perfectly with the existing attackers including Kaka, Balotelli, and El Shaarawy. He will probably play as the right trequartista in the 4-3-2-1 Christmas tree formation, where we are a bit thin."
"I still struggle to understand why CSKA didn't agree to the summer transfer. He won't be able to play in the Champions League for Milan this season."
"We promised to Honda to keep the contract secret despite the pre-agreement already being registered with the Lega Calcio, because the situation with Moscow had become quite messy. We didn't want to agitate CSKA's supporters while he was still playing there."

    http://www.sponichi.co.jp/soccer/news/2013/12/24/kiji/K20131224007260980.html
"We've had numerous business-related inquiries and are negotiating sponsorships with several Japanese companies. We hope to sell a lot of jerseys."
"Honda initially desired the #4 or #7 jerseys, but they are taken by Muntari and Robinho, respectively. The #10 opened up with the departure of Boateng, and Honda happily accepted it."
"The details for Honda's official signing event are TBD, since we need to complete his work visa paperwork. In any case, it'll be after January 6th, which is a holiday and a matchday when Milan will play Atalanta at home."
"We're trying to decide where to hold the event. Many members of the Japanese press will be there, and we need to accommodate them all."
