Just got sweet ticket in 2nd row in center section 132 through the USSSC Presale! I cannot wait. Will be nice bonus to have Omar and Landon on the squad. Perhaps some other big MLSers will be there as well like Zusi and Besler. I'm sure the local Koreans will turn up in droves and bring a lot of drums and noise, should be a fun atmosphere.

I will not be making the 2,528 mile trek to LA from Toronto, last years January match vs. Canada left a lot to be desired, it was pretty awful to be honest. I am waiting for the send off matches in May.

VIP Midfield is already sold out during the pre-sale period, lots of other sections are running out as well. Sounds like we will get a good crowd. Perhaps we might even get a sell out!

Looks to me like there are seats available in sections that weren't for sale when I was on yesterday. I'd love to see a big crowd, but I think they're rolling out tickets so it's hard to judge anything about total sales based on what's currently available. I guess I understand why they do it, but it can be frustrating to see better seats become available a couple hours after you purchase "best available....."

That said, I've got mine (and they are the best) and I'll be there.

I just got my 2 tickets, midfield section 233. Kinda pricey at over $100, but hell, it's not often that we Californians get get to see 'em play. Hopefully that changes with the Earthquakes building their new stadium.

Ticketing at this points looks odd. It is as if large sections of the stadium never were made available for ticket sales. But as of now there aren't a lot of sections available. Perhaps a large portion were reserved for the South Korea Soccer Federation (opposite the benches)??? If what is on axs.com is accurate, there are only small sections left in the corners and premium seats in the front row or on the field. Showing that 90%+ stadium is already sold. So if that is accurate, we should get a sellout or near sellout!

Yup. During the special ticket pre-sale I tried to buy 2 seats together anywhere in the midfield but I kept getting a "only single tickets available" message. When the regular sale started last Friday I easily found 2 seats together in the midfield.

There's always the Women's World Cup 2015 in Canada! But Toronto isn't a host city! (that is like Rio not being a host city at the Brazil World Cup)

It would be cool if some of the Korean first team showed up, like Ki (Sunderland) but I'm assuming their euro guys will be sitting this one out.

Euro-based players won't be there. Still a good number of Asian-based players - if I make it to the match, I hope I get to see Kim Shin-wook (6'6" CF) battle Gonzo.

Here is my view from Section 132, Row B, Seat 20 (right on aisle so lots of foot traffic possible). Gonna hopefully get some sun and work on my tan during the game! (Had put this in the wrong thread)

Got tickets, coming up with AO San Diego. Superbowl weekend ALWAYS has nice weather (the one day you don't mind if it's rotten weather and never is) in Southern California so hoping that holds up.

Of course now I jinxed it...

If anyone is interested in endline tickets; Faction 1913 will be placing a group order with USSF. Best deal to the game, bar none, but you have to pick up the tickets at the F13 tailgate. Tickets are being purchased from USSF in small batches, and they can cut the deal off at any time.

Just scroll down for the ticket link.

    https://www.facebook.com/#!/FACTION1913?hc_location=stream

Faction 1913 isn't a supporters group, it's just a bunch of people who want to throw massive tailgates and viewing parties for the games, and get great ticket deals. The free beer movement on steroids. It's "semi"-organized. I guess.

Not knowing much about South Korea's national team, is this a b team side or one that even veers into C team territory?

Calling it a C team would be fair. Obviously no Euro-based players and also missing a few from Japan/China.

What a nice bonus it would be if Michael Bradley could suit up and make at least a cameo for the Yanks against the South Koreans! Sounds like a possibility! Worst-case, he should show up and hang out either on the bench or in the team's suite. I'll definitely keep an eye out for him.

"Bennett: What is your next step? Will you join up with Jurgen and the men's national camp?

Bradley: I don't know. Jurgen had mentioned the chance of bringing me in at the end of the month. I just got to Toronto last night and have a lot to get organized. Now at end of it, if Jurgen brings me in, I would be excited."
