Noticed the MLS logo was different on it. Wonder if it's a special jersey or the logo is now black with a clear background.
Oh. Oh my. RT @MerrittPaulson: @Betamax_ftw http://t.co/sEUSVEr8AY— Jonathan Tannenwald (@thegoalkeeper) December 3, 2013 I'm still mad LA was allowed to do a monochrome flag...
Here are a couple of more Timber kit hints. Looks like a new 3rd kit... https://twitter.com/Betamax_ftw/status/407677331092692992 https://twitter.com/MerrittPaulson/status/407665492024127488/photo/1
Actually, I think the Rose City Red it getting a mid-biannual redesign. It is too white when playing teams that where white. Like against Vancouver this year. If they wore the white shorts it would've been really bad.
well its a problem with their terrible kit design. if the color was solid around the sides and back and just left sleeves white like last time they would be fine
Not sure what you're asking here... besides a few tweets earlier this year about the plans for a new 2nd and 3rd kits this is the first we've seen of the new uni's. All new MLS kits will be released on the same week. The league started this last year, its called "Jersey Week" I guess not many people know this so i'll try to explain what I know about it to everyone. MLS and Adidas have decided that each jersey will have a shelf life of 2 years with the home and away changing on alternative years. For Portland this means with the 2 new kits introduced in 2013, the home greens were planned to start this cycle, and the rose city reds were planned obsolescence to get the aways on the new rotation schedule. So the Black and Reds are the new Rose City Reds that will start the rotation cycle for the aways. The white throwback 3rds had ran their course. So the Forrest Green with the Gold trip appears to be the new 3rds to replace the whites.
For our new 3rd kit here in Seattle, I'm guessing either highlighter pink, purple or orange, since we already did the yellow and blue. It would be nice to see them do some sort of throwback or just a white, but our goal with third kits seems to be to burn retinas.
It could be something like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9lFUf-VwgYyYkNraEtONHhkY0U/edit?usp=sharing It would be inspired on Flamengo (adidas), after all. from BlackandRedUnited.com
Why is Europe attracting all these gambling websites and financial institutions who might have directly contributed to the global financial meltdown? There's no such thing as perfect sponsors. What do you want? Walmart?
I actually like those kits. Look like Ajax. Their solid kits are actually their primary kits anyway. There's no reason that they can't wear their primary kits against the Galaxy. It's just one more season. They'll figure it out.
There were other tweets that followed that one. 409072791007162368 is not a valid tweet id The next one is why I would doubt anything like your image. It's also worth reiterating that we're talk about a primary. Historically, that hasn't changed too much. 409073072335880193 is not a valid tweet id Once upon a time, @DCU Merchandise would post on BS, but I'm sure that intern is long gone.
True, but every team will change 1 jersey (home/road/alternate) every year. The Rapids home jersey for example only lasted 1 year, we'll get a new one next year.
the key for DCU to me is that they wear different color shorts and socks, all black is a bit boring imo. red shorts or socks would be very cool, perhaps with white on the other
I am sure DC United will just have alternating vertical stripes like Thor's other club, Inter Milan. Just red stripes instead of blue.
