According to my on screen guide no more SSN on FSC after 6/30. Not on FS+ either. If this is the case my watching of FSC or Plus will be down to 0%. Sucks!
Maybe NBC forced them to stop showing it due to all of the EPL highlights. Shrewd yet bold move if that is the case.
this Sucks the Big one loved the news paper talk on the 2:00 am ET one. as a sub I might have to put sky sports news radio on my phone or read it online.
This has 0 chance of being anything malicious on NBC's part. Sky Sports News had a contract to be shown on US television, that contract will be up at the end of the month. Fox didn't renew, why? The most likely reason is that FSC is going the way of the dodo bird shortly and there's no reason to pay for SSN when the channel becomes FS 1 where they will have more than plenty of their own stuff to air, and they will most likely want to create a studio news show that will compete with SportsCenter.
Fox used to have its own sports news show, I used to watch it back in the day with Kevin Frasier and Van Earl Wright. If they're launching a dedicated national sports channel it only makes sense to launch a news program.
I wish someone would pick up Sky Sports News though. Indispensable - especially on deadline day. Won't find any type of football coverage like it in the States.

So its off the air until 8/17? That sucks. I can deal with 4am as ill dvr it like i do press pass. Also curious as to whether or not Plus will air it more frequently.
It always used to be off the air around this time of the year. They used to show Sky News instead in the regular SSN slots if I remember correctly.
I live in Canada and I should be proud of the Fox Soccer News anchors but they know nothing about football!
Only some of the hours of ssn were sky news. There were still some hours where they showed the regular ssn. Oh well. Theres always alternative means until it picks back up on 8/17. Quick question FS1 is now what Fuel? Fios has fuel in SD only. That could suck.
I wouldn't bet on this... I expect this to possibly start here.. But I expect it goes to Fox Soccer Plus after a month or so... Lets hope NBC doesn't play hardball with the highlights..or this will disappear altogether. Fox Sports 1 will change drastically after a couple of months.. I expect footy to be second or third choice unless there is a marquee match with no programming conflicts. Cantona---
