We need a coach than knows how to make average teams cohesive and relevant in world football. Hiddink and Bielsa get my vote.
Mexico needs to play like a team to compete well. Too many crappy passes and players that don't belong. We looked liked a caribbean team in CONCACAF against Italy. This did not look like a team full of professionals of their worth. Mexico, and all of CONCACAF took a step back. Aquino and Maza were horrible. Why the hell is Gio ever benched? Torrado was always 1, 2 steps behind. The only silver lining is that Chepo must be fired after the next two games where we can further prove that there are "good teams out there", just like in WC qualifying, and essentially any team we don't beat. ******** Chepo. I have no faith in him.
Regarding Mier at RB for Brazil...i hope it happens but have no idea if it will. Logic dictates he should has he looked better in that small amount of time than all of our other defenders, but Chepo doesn't operate on "logic". I mean, look at the players he has tried out recently. Reyes+Moreno look way better than Maza+Moreno = Reyes benched Jimenez looks better than Aldo/Cheech and does well in the little time he has = benched Flores has 1 decent game = titular Torrado sucks balls = titular Maza sucks balls = titular
How did Mexico compare to Brazil, shit all the Olympic teams during the Olympics on paper? We played as a team, what we have is crap right now. Not a team, not organized.
I bet Chepo is just saying the dumbest things he can think of in an effort to get fired and not have to quit himself. Because goddamn if he actually believes what he is saying... Watching Fiore trash him on univision was more entertaining than the match. Felix trying to defend Chepo and then realizing there was nothing to defend was hilarious.
Same here...this team inspires nothing in me...I would rather watch the Nads..at least they're entertaining...sad but true.
Dead serious...is Mexico any fun to watch?....at all?....hell no...it's been a chore lately and I've missed the last few qualifying games out of pure disinterest...I watched this game from beginning to end...I should have read a book.
Id rather watch Spain or Germany then if that were the case. No way is watching the nads my first alternative for watching NT futbol.
I'll watch them too...I watched the USA v Panama game because the kids were asleep after the Mexico game and had nothing better to do...the USA was MUCH more entertaining against Panama than we were and I found myself being entertained...if you say that we're more entertaining right now then you must be a masochist...call it like I see it...I have no real hate for the Nads...just their stupid fans.
