I will keep posting this every time we run out and huff and puff against quality sides with our robots runners. Whenever Freddy puts on the U.S. shirt he is the most dangerous and creative player we have. LD is up there too.

    That is all.

Great...and he went from there to riding pine. And riding pine some more.

Call me when he's playing consistently at 1 club.

Who cares? Mexico still gave Gio Dos Santos a run when he played in 50 games in 4 years and they're happy for that.

The Dempsey goal here is illustrative of what we are lacking minus creative players like Donovan and Adu.

Adu has too many haters. It's okay to call up Holden who ain't played in a thousand years but Adu has to be out there looking like Carlos Valderrama every game v. superior competition to get called up. The USMNT is a pos. I don't even care about it anymore. Too boring and they won't even get out of the qualifying round of the World Cup if even the CONCACAF. I had enough of Jurgen and his bunch. This is boring. Extremely boring and very bad. Robo Bob was better. Jurgen was a great player but so was Isiah Thomas. It's time for him to go. All of the USMNT teams have underachieved in international comp regardless of age and what player domestically outside of Jozy has shined? Bradley is off and on. The Keepers? That's about it. This is your USMNT. In a worse position than they were four years ago.

Sadly, Holden has played more in the last 8 weeks than Adu has played in the last 8 months.

I didn't realize reserve games count. If that's the case, Adu should have been on the team.

Gio was riding the bench every game if even he made the bench at Tottenham but you know who would kick our ass every time we played Mexico. That's right, Gio and he kicked everyones ass. That's why the Mexicans are always supporting him regardless of his shite club career. These Americans hate on Adu like some clowns. Who do we have who can do what he can do? No one. Stop it with LD. LD can do a lot of things Adu and most on this team can't do but he can do what Adu does either. This is the worse forum because of Adu haters. They make it seems like Adu can't do what he can do but what he can't do is even overstated like he's a complete scrub. As long as Adu steps up v. international comp and looks good for the Nats, he will always be the best option. I received 10 texts saying man, the USMNT sucks and this is boring. Where's Adu? This shit is awful. Oh well, this is why we paid Jurgen the big bucks. Freakin dumbass.

This totally matter for most of our callups right like Shea and some of the Germans right? I guess English Championship is now a major 1st division right? Dude, don't even argue with me. I am not trying to hear it. The bottom line is I believe Adu can help this team and I see no reason why he shouldn't be on it when all he does is produce when he plays for the USMNT at all levels.

You're right about Dos Santos though. Mallorca is going down though so maybe he goes back to Mexico.

I know this is going to look crazy but... creativity. Yes. Adu, Donovan and Dempsey had a sweet thing going on for a while.

    Chandler-----Gonzales----Cameron----Johnson
    ----------------Jones-------Bradley---------------
    Donovan-------------Adu---------------Dempsey
    ---------------------Altidore-----------------------

That ball from Freddy to Landon was sweet. The assist threaded through the four defenders was sublime. Deuce's finishing was great.

That final in the Gold Cup, that 2-4 loss to Mexico, ended with the chances of seeing that. But that formation would be so much more creative! I bet Jozy would love to have so many creative players around, to give him good balls, too.

He only made, oh, something like at least 18 appearances in MLS last year. WTF is the difference between starting and coming off the bench with a club? As aduesque said, gio rides the pine and kicks our asses. Mexico was saying the same thing after the first half of the gold cup final at the rose bowl.

He is not leaving Spain. If that's going down, they are going down with him. It's like how you guys just utterly love Stu Holden no matter what. He plays the style of game every Mexican wants to play. Holden plays that EPL style of football the average American footie likes. That's why most of Adu's biggest fans are African, African American if they know him, Hispanic, and south American based. Most of these fans on Big Soccer like their footie from England. That's their style. They like that. Stu is the only American who doesn't just play an American style like Bradley or an Mexican style like LD and Demps, but he plays an English style. The way the Americans want to play the game. Why replicate losers like the Brits but that's what the avg American footie wants.

These Adu hating posters are all probably forking out 5000 a summer for their little 12 year old johnny to be coached some bloke with an accent who played "semi-pro" in England.

You know what other coach struggled in CONCACAF qualifying, even worse than Klinsmann?

What happened when we finally DID qualify? Our best showing at the World Cup in modern history. We don't have to qualify in style, we just have to qualify.
