GUATEMALA VS.
I remember reading that in the contract between Guate and Argentina that they have to bring all the players they called up to play Ecuador in their WCQ game before coming to Guate. I'm sure there is nothing saying that their best players have to play, but hopefully they do play to make Ruiz's farewell game a little more memorable.
From what i read on the Fedefut link, it says unless their players are injured that will be the only reason that they wouldn't play but if that's not the case, all of the players from the main squad will play that's including Messi.
I will be at Mateo for this one y'all. Jimenez said that the contract does NOT say that Messi or any other specific players have to play, that's entirely up to the coach. ChaCha, I sent you a DM, hit me up.
i was just saying, you know our Fed. is trying to save money by keeping Monterroso as the temporary coach
Looks like they're going with Monzon: http://www.guatefutbol.com/index.php/selecciones-nacionales/item/4977-dirigirá-monzón I wouuld have rather them give it to Memin. There was alot of good press and feed back about the U-17 squad's play in the WCQ.
I would of wished that Memin was at least by Monzon's side, and I'm pretty sure they would of made a great team, but i hope all of the old are out and just begin with a bunch of new faces.
I hope Monzon calls a majority of the U20 mix with some of the experience players like Ciani, Contreras, Pappa, Padilla, Jerez, and Ruiz. I really doubt that he will call guys like Galindo, Cincotta or others.
500 bucks for an "ultra palco"? I hope that comes with hot chicks to bang, unlimited pollo campero y gallos for that price.
this is just a friendly, and Guate is out of any competition so is not like we're competing for anything lol. With those prices alot of people just gonna stay home watching the game eating Tortrix and sippin on a Gallo or un Venado Especial
Messi will be out for 2 to 3 weeks due to an injury. I think he'll play against Guate still for a few minutes only.
There's no way Messi plays against a whole bunch of scrubs and a MLS and Eredivisie bench warmer. Argentina didn't have any better options and Jimenez promised them they'd make a shitload of money.
