Dempsey scored the equalizer and not Bale, who was invisible for the entire match.

Ah yes, epic brain-fart that. Think I've been trying to suppress that game from my mind, they kind of thoroughly outplayed us.

Haha. You got yours, I will leave you be. P.S. I don't hate Bale, I just don't think he is worthy of comparison to Nani, much less Ronaldo. I didn't think his set piece ability was a secret and you keep trumpeting about like he is the love-child of Beckham and Pirlo.

Importantly, with 12 games left, it is basically just down to us winning the games we are supposed to. If Citeh slip against Chelsea, the race will be over.

I can see the manager dusting off Scholes (or Ando if he doesn't feature in Madrid) for a start against Reading in the cup. I figure we're going to play close to full strength against QPR and obviously full strength against Madrid mid week so that leaves rotation/rest for the FA Cup match. Given that it is a cup match, bringing the big guns off the bench isn't the worst idea in the world.

That said, I'm really confident we have the players we need to rotate through this busy part of the season outside of CM and even there, if Carrick and Cleverley stay fit and Ando recovers his fitness, we should be okay there too.

We still need to win against Norwich but given the match following it, we will definitely be putting out a weakened team... presents the opportunity for a slip up.

My guess is Wayne will come off the bench, Cheech will start, Young and Valencia will start too.
