    Since you're new:

    1) We don't call ourselves that. You look stupid when you do.

    2) Some of you can stay, but most of you are going to have to go back to whatever godforsaken fjord your grandparents sailed out of.

Some, like you, will require forcible repatriation, and that is fine.

But only if they refuse self-deportation first.

you could always make us all walk to Jersey or something.
These days you could just knock down all the cell towers everywhere else, tell everyone that's where the smart-phones worked, and they would almost all walk willingly ;)

Had the opportunity to visit the Tippecanoe Battlefield yesterday. (11/7/1811. West Lafayette, IN) Tecumseh, the pragmatist coalition building political visionary, was undermined by his looser, theo-freak brother, 'The Prophet'. Prophet threw off all the rational planning in a fit of fundamentalist religious idiocy and condemned the entire structure of the society. I took away a strong lesson for the GOP going forward.

But only until we find out there is some natural resource in Oklahoma, then we will go back on our word and the Amerindians will have to move to another piece of shit land that nobody wants (maybe Columbus Ohio), well until we find something we want there then it would be time to move again. You know same old.

Here is a 'talking point' prediction should the reservation energy resources become an national issue requiring that special Limbaugh touch. I gonna try my hand at 'Foxscrip'.

"Its never been their land at all? Who do you think paid for all the utilities, everything which makes living possible? They never really owned it, not in the sense that you and I define the term. Besides, the real motivation of the libs trying to confer this mythical 'ownership' is to perpetuate race based giveaway programs and bribe lazy people to vote for them. Its just more of the same divide and conquer we see out of them all the time."

Derrick Smith - Illinois' 10th State House seat

NPR story claims if he wins re-election then the House can't kick him out again even if he is proven guilty in court.

Democrats have Lance Tyson going against him, but Smith is still the favorite because he is the official Democrat on the ballot.

Jessy Jackson Jr (probably posted rightfully on the Obama failure thread already).

But a Democrat Party fail or more to the title of the thread, Democratic fail.

BTW, how many dead people won re-election this time?

Well he is not a Democrat, the thread was supposed to be for Democrat fails, but the title of the thread does indicate democratic failure overall.

Then again, you can do what ever you want as long as you are born again and campaign against what you did and still be cool with the Republican Party, so I would not call it a fail.

Now if we find out he used public funds for the abortions, then we have something, right now nothing more than a hypocritical politician.

Shit if he was pro abortion I would not hold any of what the story covered against him, it is his personal life, but yes the hypocrisy does stand out.

    Damn, Jesse.

The story of how the elk heads busted Jesse Jr. is pretty funny.

He was comfortably re-elected so if the people does not care that their representatives are corrupt then what is the problem ;)

At least he quit unlike the other Illinois house democrat (state) that is being charged but won his way back to the state house after being kicked out.

    Illinois people fail. :(

I think that many posters here will laugh at that, but for small business owners much of it does ring truth. I'm sure regulatory agencies may subscribe to the idea that they are trying to help the little guy, but in the end regulations that are minor annoyances to the Wallmarts end up killing the Moms and Pops enterprises.

Another example of the Middle class blaming everyone but themselves. ;)

What happened to the thread where people around here dumped on small businesses?
