Nope. I dont know how he would be as an Academy Director. I do know he is quite the bad coach though. Thank god we have a coach for the Reserves (U21s).
The U18s came out with a victory today in the U18 Premier League. Serge Gnabry scored the only goal for Arsenal U18s in a 1-0 win over Newcastle United's U18s. This is Gnabry's second appearance in an Arsenal kit since recently returning from injury.
looks a bit like that might be the case, but it's never easy to say when there's limited opportunities to see them play.
Considering they are 2 years apart I will hold off judgment on Akpom. He really does seem like a real prospect, but then again, we said the same about Afobe and then also Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.
Liam Brady talks. Says we have about 6 or so youth level players who are 18 months away from the 1st team. http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n...re-will-become-one-englands-best-ever-pl-1910
Akpom's two goals are included in the video below, cold as ice. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/video-arsenal-striker-chuba-akpom-scores-2-for-england-u19s/
Any Arsenal fan who believes a timetable put out by the club for anything ever has a delusional fantasy.
god knows. he might just as easily be generalising that *any* 6 of a whole range of prospects could make it. he did mention younger (u18 eligible) players moved into the u21s, so maybe he meant those players (gnarby, akpom, bellerin and others)
