Draw 0 - 0. Dog crap. Looks about as good as, every, January. I can't even say the defense impressed me, because the game was so impotent. Feilhaber came off the bench and looked good. I thought Davis had sparks. Beckerman continued to show is only dimension.
The only players that deserve to be at the Honduras game are Gonzalez and Besler. No one else showed anything to even be considered.
I don't know why we keep playing Canada. They come out playing for a draw every time. I would much rather lose to a good team than go through this s*** again.
LOL at Klinsmann trotting that pile of hot, mediocre mess out there. And double LOL at the fact that we didn't learn anything at all whatsoever. And triple LOL at all but like 4 of the players on the field.
Another January camp where the only thing we learn is that without Dempsey, Bradley, Donovan, and Altidore, we aren't a very good attacking team. Besler hit some good balls, though.

I think we've accomplished one of our objectives and found a decent back up CB pairing. Oh, you wanted some thoughts on the whole game? Uh...
Oh and Morrow was terrible. Jurgen picks bad players, we play badly. Beltran? wtf? Chance Meyers would have been a much better choice. I don't know why he tried to play narrow with Zusi and Davis when you have two fullbacks that were inept at attacking.
That game was nothing short of dreadful. A feeble effort from our side, along with Canada completely parking the bus, barring the odd De Ro run forward.
Anyway, about the match, we learned... Gatt is fast? Sean Johnson could make the one good save he needed to? I dunno.
Gatt, Gonzalez, Besler (didn't notice him much, so that's good), and Beckerman played well. Bedoya and all strikers were absolutely terrible. I've never been on the Bedoya bandwagon, and I really, really don't understand why anyone has ever hyped him up. I honestly think he would struggle to start in MLS.
Ugliest and most boring game until the last couple of subs... but then even then...game returned to boring again when they would get frustrated by Canada just full out defending. With that said, the only stand outs for me were Beltran in the first half. EJ a little bit in the first also. Most dangerous player offensively... by himself! SEcond half, Feilhaber had 1 nice chance... and some nice passes.... but nothing else. This is his issue. He needs to do more, and I don't think I see JK bringing him in to Honduras. Agudelo - shows why he's such an X factor. He can win fouls, get in dangerous positions for passes, headers, etc. Will get better with age. Not to mention, he can get physical and isn't show from it. Morales - had some good passes, good combo play, looked ok from the D mid position. Want to see more of him. I wonder. Does he get a chance? Gatt - Stand out for me. Although he didn't much even... his runs, agression, speed, etc. It's something we see out of Donovan...but more raw. Beyond that, with Besler and Gonzo, undecided. Need to see more...but maybe JK has seen enough? I wonder.... Davis is no good for this higher level. Things that work well for him like his service, didn't do much here. Same goes with his ability to lose a guy with his back to goal to open up for a cross to people in the middle. He's just not meant for a higher level of play. Awesome service though in MLS where marking isn't as tight, and heading is good. What do you guys think? What 7 guys woudl you take from here? My picks: Agudelo, Gatt, Besler, Big Omar,EJ, Johnson, Morales....
So, is Jan camp really that necessary? The guys who stood out, if you even want to call it that, we already knew. Omar Besler Agudelo Gatt then there's Zusi but it didn't look like Jan camp helped him as he laid an egg. But did we actually learn anything? Omar should be there on 2/6. Besler should be part of the NT conversation and brought in, but maybe 2/6 is a bit early. Agudelo/Gatt are prospects but we already knew that. We didn't need this to tell us any of this. The older MLSers had no impact. Too slow physically, slower speed of thought. I think an U25 or even U23 camp would have been better.
