    My team would be:
    Jussi
    Demel, Collins, Reid, Potts
    J.Cole, Noble, Diarra, Nolan, Jarvis
    Cole

Collison held in reserve for when Joe tires.

    Hopefully Chamkh gets the start.

The game is on TV right after it ends live. So I have to decide if i want to watch it on my computer at 9 or on the tv at 11.

I've got an easier choice, the game is delayed coverage on the tv at 8am or I get up to watch it live on the computer at 2am.............................I've decided that I'll watch it on the tv.;)

Should Jussi be saving that? Middle of the goal.

The only west ham player I've noticed in the first 1/4 of an hour has been Potts whose positioning has been great. Has anyone else turned up?

Potts was great (reminded me of a young James Tomkins - believe it or not), Reid was great. Was anyone else playing?

One suspects we may find it a tad difficult to come back and win this one.

Does anybody have a clue who were these soft gutless sissies playing today? Those ones weren´t pro footballers, not any of them.

Diarra was absolutely horrible, not that anyone really did anything. I thought Tompkins played well considering.

    Need Diame and Noble back.

Looking fine, these new expensive talents JC, Chamakh and Diarrhea. Makes perfect sense selling Carlton, Tomka etc. to make way for new buys. I feel sorry for the fans making the long trip for nothing.

I want to be positive. potts was really good for 89 minutes, but he gifted them the 2nd goal. Tomkins was solid and Reid was awesome.
If I was BFS I would be kicking some arses tomorrow because we got played off the park for the simple reason that they CARED more. Maybe we were complacent having held our own against Man U, and then after all it was only Sunderland.

Yep, they cared, well, at least some. Which our team didn´t. Or there were too many new players playing at the same time.

Quotes from Big Sam: "We need either a centre-back or a left-back - at least one of them - by the time we play QPR [next week]. We have to look very carefully at who we play on Wednesday and then for the following Saturday."

I completely second that. Let JC and Potts plus maybe the Bordeaux duo play at Old Trafford and save our first team players for the really important matches. That tight unit with awesome spirit (according to Sam) that stayed home yesterday. And forget the nonsense on selling Tomka and Carlton.
