There are so many snubs and ridiculously bad selections for this camp ahead of the Canada friendly, I don't know where to begin my analysis in the form of complaints.

(note to self, post this in about 45 minutes.)

I would guess not everyone will make this week's camp, there will be stragglers later in the week or early next week.

Too dumb to do the math on any snubs but at first blush like this

No Pontius/DeLeon will probably be considered the biggest snubs.

    No Pontius?

    Buddle over Cooper/Gordon/Lenhart/Sapong is interesting.

    Additional thoughts:

KC's outside backs are snubbed but connor lade, AJ Delagarza and Tony Beltran? DeLaGarza showed in Omar's abscense nothing that made you think nmational teamer. Also Id take Gaddis or Williams in camp over those three.

Actually, mls watchers are probably going to roast klinsman over this once its fully digested.

Alfredo Morales is not a great fullback. Oh well.

    No love for CJ Sapong?

Guys I'm really glad to see:

Morrow, Besler, Omar, Lade, Beitashour, Beltran, Bruin, Gatt, Mix and Wondo

Oh shit no Dax. That sucks, Pontius and Deleon too. That's disappointing.

Think Dax is presently a better player than beckerman

What has Benny done to deserve a recall? Is he just there to make up the numbers?

    Rob Stone:
Nick Rimando would have been called in but still nursing a shoulder injury.
Jermaine Jones and Maurice Edu may called in later.
No Brek Shea due to a toe injury.
Alan Gordon and Chris Pontius with groin injuries.

That's a crazy lineup. He's definitely catering to Houston fans for the game at BBVA.

Pontius, Rimando, Shea, Gordon are injured. . Edu and Jones may join later. And of course Fox was BS about "intriguing news" - Landon not being in camp isn't news its the status quo.

Would've liked to see Conor O'Brien. I like Lade but for the national team that's a real reach.

His houston selections are very defensible. Some of his others, not so much.
