Can anyone confirm, The 60 Minutes show on CBS (sunday 7pm est) will feature one of the more succesful football teams of the world. I think is Barcelona. Let's see if MLS will be mentioned, no matter what, any soccer news, esp positive news is good for US Soccer.

There have been rumors about Diego Valeri coming to the Timbers for a few days, but Spanish language sources are making it sound like a done deal. http://lanus.clarin.com/deportes/Valeri-canso-suplente-emigro-EEUU_0_840516210.html
The Argentine midfielder will be loaned to the Timbers for 1 year at a cost of $400k with an option to buy.

I'm guessing one of those items is the Valeri loan, no idea what the 2nd one is.

Could be two different things, but 60 minutes will be starting a sports show (I think it will air on HBO) some time this month, and one of the features of the first episode will be on Leo Messi.

Yeah, it was two different things. The regular 60 Minutes show will be about La Masia on Sunday. 60 Minutes Sports will be on Wednesday on Showtime, and have a Messi feature.
