The cl league is gone, most likely the league as well and I dont really care about the league cup, but please... let's not give away this beautiful prize that I have come to love so very dearly due to the romance our club has formed with it.
Away from home in the 3rd round: Bad Premier League club in the 3rd round: Bad Confidence after losing to the bottom club: Bad So I predict a 3-1 romp to the holders naturally

Would be interesting because I would much rather see a successful young Blackman playing over the HolyCrapHeGetsMeNervousAsHeck-y Turnbull. However, judging by our loss against QPR I don't think Mr. Benitez is in the moment of experimenting too much so I'm quite sure Turnbull will get the start.
i dont really get some of the stick turnbull gets. I mean he does have a problem coming out and getting the ball, but that was always cechs biggest fault anyway. And yes i do know cech is obviously way better.
turnball had some really confident grabs against QPR, and held the ball well. he showed some good anticipation with the curler that (that one spanish midfielder who's name escapes me at the moment) had. getting over and holding it. there were a couple times that i felt alright with him back there. it's hard to say if cech would have stopped Sweepy's strike through traffic like that. just not sure it's the time to start a very young keeper.
Everyone's favourite waiter fuels the speculation of a start. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20914397 Of course it likely won't be the starting position we'd like to see.
I would also politely add that those who seem concerned about Turnball coming for the ball clearly have not seen enough of Blackman.
Well if Torres hasn't already had a multitude of reasons to light a fire under his ass (he has), then he certainly does now. Interested to see how he reacts to the signing of Ba.

great cross from Ivan and Luiz... well I am sure someone else is to blame for Luiz making a complete hash of that shot
