Sure, you can vote against or exclude coach xy for a specific reason. No harm done, but I did the same once regarding a selection of german coaches (Tuchel, Slomka, and I forgot the third) and I got immediately nailed on naming an alternative, so I'm just leveling the playing field a bit
Heynckes will be difficult to replace. Most similar coach we have had to Hitzfeld. Treats players like professionals, understands the demands of CL, has a vision of the next year as well. Great question. Too easy to just name the trendy pick of the moment.... Eissman puts thinking cap on (it is a wee one)
The way Uli has talked about him I would say no. Either way whoever wants Jogi at Bayern must have lost their marbles, he's been a big game flop from 2010-12 for Germany and even if the team wins the 14' cup by scoring 4 goals per game, I wouldn't want him anywhere near Bayern.
If jogi was coaching Bayern that faced Real Madrid last season.. He would've had piggy on the wings, kroos up front.. Gomez and muller in the middle and robbery as fullbacks with Lahm and Alaba.. All to "nuetralize" Ronaldo or some bullshit.. Jogi is a big game flopper.. He shits his pants everytime he gets to the final stages.. JH is head and shoulders above this dunce..
One thing though... I don't disagree with the overall point, Germany'd be favorites to win it with Jupp at the helm, but we did face Ronaldo, Loew changed little...
I think you knew the jist of what I was saying.. He would do the usual outsmarting and shitting himself routine in the semis/final..
I would love it but I doubt it would happen. A clear cut successor to Heynckes hasn't appeared. I would like Slomka or Pep if available. Seeing how Mourinho has handled the Casillas situation has been eye opening because while I would love him here there even more sacred lambs like Casillas at Bayern and Mou wouldn't last a second with this management if he pulled the same shit.
Who would lead a coup at our club? Lahm/piggy would be the only candidates I think? Oh Ribery in there as well.
why would you compare Lahm and Piggy with the prima donnas Ramos and Casilla? They might have been quite unlucky in winning trophies, but when it comes to character, they are ten times the men Ramos and Casillas are.
I don't think Cassilass is a bad character though. Ramos, Pepe are the main douches and Crynaldo of course
That's what I mean... Who in our club would do that?? If there was anything that major, I would only think the leaders of this team would have a say in it..
I don't want Murinho anywhere near Bayern the guy is a drama queen and is more stubborn than Van Gaal and Hoeness put together plus he doesn't even care about promoting youth players. With Sammer Bayern will try and integrate even more youth players i think Pep will be perfect
I don't know if Pep would be the right fit for Bayern, but he does seem like the best candidate out there at the moment. If things could work out as Kahn suggested, that would be superb; unlikely, but superb nevertheless. If we weren't to get Pep, Heynckes for another year would be my first option followed by maybe Pellegrini and if the board are hell bent on a German coach, Streich anyone? If Pep were to adjust his style a bit, to bring the best out of our current squad, that'd be great. This squad can pull off the high energy, high possession oriented pressing game, excluding the tikitaka. If we do get Pep, that just might spell the end for Robben and could start a Spanish players influx. 2 coaches that are a complete NO for me would be Mourinho and Benitez.
I would say Ronaldo is a pretty decent professional, he seems infatuated with winning which is what matters. He gives his all every game, in an attacking sense of course.
Mourinho wants to go to manchester united, he's not interested in Bayern because he can't speak the language either. Benitez is a hit and miss, he's done some good work with every club he's played in and is also a youth system type freak, so many players have come good on his behalf. As a tactician, he's good at making adjustments but seems rather inconsistent with his overall picks. Pep will not come to Bayern either, he doesn't speak German and besides, he is ALL about the tiki-taka style football, which we're completely capable of. We have the quality and quantity needed to win a CL trophy and I would hope that Bayern would sign him, but he would be interested in a club like Milan or something, although he'd have the stability and faith he wants from a club like bayern munich.
Ronaldo gives his all every game, he's a machine, and no - not all players are like that and certainly not all champions. He'll give that 200% you need to win the game and will score a heck of a lot of goals on the way.
