Bradley has done okay defensively though. Everytime DDR gets forward he drops back and covers him. He isn't great going forward but we already knew that before the game. But he has done well breaking up play in the midfield in my opinion
He has done ok defensively? He played two woeful passes that left us to hang, set them up for big counters. He has done ok this season but today He is making life a little more difficult than it should be. The scoreline could be very different. Zeman probably wont make that change I agree though

honestly don't see how you can refute this ddr's played maybe 1-2 games this entire season as regista. every other game he's been played as a shuttler. he's started way more games out wide than he has in the middle

I honestly don't see how you can refute this. Your statement implies De Rossi's performance is tied to him playing this position for the first time this season. That is not true. He started at least 4 games in this position and he played very badly. So the reason for his improvement are clearly others
