^^^I would agree had he taken JvS and his cohorts with him. The most promising thing about the Cruyff project was the future potential. Now it feels like the last six months were wasted.

Cruyff probably told Vergara that he needs to spend in order to improve the team and then Vergara just laughed in his face and fired him.

I will not be surprised if we get no refuerzos at all this off season the way things are going.

Mexico's current success at national team level is thanks to the foundations laid out by Néstor. Letting him go from Chivas was the biggest mistake Vergara ever did in his ten years as owner.

if i remember correctly he left Chivas to go work with the NT

 

He should have got a raise or something else in order to convince him. Not that I mind too much, honestly.
