Sorry! But if I am not mistaken - girls play Soccer, don't they? - and these girls are actually damn good at it....
I love me some cheap Taco Bell, but Chipotle is like the food of the gods comparitively. Give it a try Mix
Taco Bell's new ad campaign is trying to make it appear as though it is now gourmet food, including "chooonks of avacaado in your guacamole". But enough about Mexican food, good luck to Mix and Rosenborg today as they take on Terrence Boyd and Rapid Wien at 1 ET
Am quite proud of the ladies without being (at all) interested in the game they play. Too slow. Still, with everything I've read about life in the Olympic village, I can see why a young man with excellent hair like Mix would be very, very disappointed at missing that opportunity.
the new cantina stuff at taco bell that's trying to compete with Chipotle actually beat Chipotle in a taste test.
Stabæk Women won the Cup yesterday. I know some of them very well The final ended 4-0. Røa Dynamite never ignited. Today the Norwegian Champions 2012 (men) will emerge. I will be ringside. Hødd - Tromsø. Two positive and fair playing teams, with positive fans. Hødd definitely the underdog. But what a dog. I wish them all (both teams) well before they get to shake hands with the KING himself. But I will carry the blue scarf. Odds is like 1:15 As I junior I once lost -big time- to Hødd. They have a wind worse than Chicago and a downpour worse than Portland - out on a north sea rock where the only levelled surface is their one -and-a-half soccer fields. If they win today, they are defying everything but gravity. And then you have their mentality - if they win today - you won't hear that "it was fantastic" or "this is a once in a lifetime experience". Within two minutes 95% of them they will calm down - and say "the match was "grei" "- meaing "ok". And then the fans (90% of the Ullsteinvik community) will all travel over the mountains, get back, and report for work at the local shipyards 0800 hours tomorrow morning.
Wow so Hodd won the Norwegian Cup... And I would have thought the Tromso weather would be worse than Ullstainvik considering how far north it is.
I have a feeling that she and her hubby are going to be good for at least a few headlines in the near future.
Hi, Checking in again. We have only one last game to play this season. Rosenborg needs to go to Germany to complete our 2012 schedule. (that gives me time to again answer some questions to this well kept secret group of BS - so, should we say - the first ten?) The USMNT season also came to a end. Like in the last game of 2010 I was again allowed to close their season with a few minutes of playing time that in fact caused a positive impact on the FIFA ranking. Even though I am completely aware that I am not competing in an individual sport, I try to find inspiration from those who have had to: train by themselves, being ridiculed, faced life and competitions against the odds - but still have come through and seized their special moments. Be patient, I have said to myself. Prepare. Wait. Still, - be ready to ignite. But if you can't be supportive of the mission itself - quit. In all of this, my good friends offer me proverbs and quotes. Sometimes they help me just as they come, and other times they trigger associations that just cannot have been intended. Do you see how this sums up the above?: Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Regardless of ideology Believe me when I say to you I hope the Russians love their children too
Hi Mix, what do you think you've improved most over the past year in your game? Do you have an area of your game you're looking to work on in the year ahead?
hey mix, i have two unrelated questions. 1. who would you say are the top three players that you've played with that have been the most impressive for you, or that you've maybe been the most in awe of? 2. who are your three favorite moral philosophers and why?
I think that deuteronomy's Shakespeare, Napoleon, Einstein, and Lincoln quotes are all fake. (The Shakespeare and Napoleon ones seem impossible.) Here are some real ones from them. Shakespeare: Julius Caesar, act II, scene ii Napoleon: Letter to Passariano, September 26, 1797 Einstein: quoted in The Diary of a Cosmopolitan (1971) by H. G. Kessler Lincoln: Letter to Horace Greeley, August 22, 1862.
Mix, Plans for the offseason? Going on any vacations, or perhaps visiting any of your USMNT counterparts in Europe. What about making a trip stateside?
