I see but then again we aren't sure if Mourinho really wanted to buy him. Did Mourinho come out publicly and make any such statement? I don't think so, if he did well you can prove me wrong by showing me the evidence. All I'm trying to say we just cannot assume things wouldn't go so great for Dzeko if Pep came on, for all we know Pep might be the 2nd greatest thing to happen to Dzeko?
edit: i feel like it's time i start bandwagoning dzeko over on the madrid forum. if he doesn't get treated right at city, madrid will open their arms for dzeko who can finish. edit2: http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/real-madrid-turn-dzeko-solve-striker-dilemma-1294001
No man, that isn't real evidence at all man. Just like you said on another thread you could even start a gossip over nothing. I mean tribalfootball? that website sucks and I wouldn't be surprised if some dude made that website that is of an avg. Joe status.
I didn't feel like posting the dailymail article cause it was the same thing. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-City-putting-Real-Madrid-Juventus-alert.html He's an admirer of Dzeko. Just like Fershitovic. Only fershitovic wants dzeko in other ways. Look, I don't run football clubs, nor will I ever own one. However, you cannot deny that if you play this: -------------Dzeko----- Ronaldo----Ozil------Di Maria-- --------Khedira--Alonso----- Marcelo---Pepe----Ramos----Arbeloa Or you can play with two strikers up front with Benzema. Look, I admit I drank the Falcao koolaid, however, Dzeko fits like a fncking perfect piece of the puzzle at Madrid. He can score with the proper balls that are fed to him. Don't care, I will lobby for this to happen.
The guy is 26, I'm just waiting for him to go on a scoring run and move clubs OR Mancini gets fired and they hire an actual coach who would play him.
First off I know that article and they are all rumors none of those claims became true nor was any word made by club publicly nor by their manager. And to say he is an admirer of Dzeko, I also find that incorrect. This talk for him being a Dzeko admirer all started here on the forums either on this one or somewhere else. Dzeko would have the same problem as he does at City with Real. No way in hell would he start over Benzema nor Higuain. So he would be sitting at 3rd string once again as he does in City. Heard there is no chance he starts versus Everton.
I believe there is a good chance Dzekson starts today. Aguero needs a break. Tevez and Dzeko both chilled on the bench last game. I figured if if either one was subbed last game they wouldnt see the field today against Everton. But with Mancini coaching no one knows. Maybe its Balotelli and Tevez. Doubt we ever see a Balotelli and Dzeko in the lineup. Although they connect well and have a good friendship. It would make sense. But both arent the fastest strikers so you lose a lot of speed. Thats why one of the Argentines is always the second striker. I feel as though we most likely will see Dzeko in the lineup or maybe he gets the start against Man Utd.
mcfc: TEAM NEWS: Hart, Maicon, Kompany (C), Lescott, Kolarov, Yaya Toure, Barry, Silva, Nasri, Tevez, Dzeko #cityveverton #mcfc
Figured it would be Tevez and Dzeko. Its gonna be tough to score on Everton. Strong midfielders and a strong defense. Crosses wont be easy against Everton. I have a feeling Dzeko might score today though.
You haven't watched Real in the past couple of months if you think Higuain or Benz would play over Dzeko consistently. With that, I respectfully disagree.
I like what Mancini might be doing. He knows his strikers are unhappy when they dont start so why not make pairs like this to keep them happy? Last year Dzeko barely started but hes getting more games this year
Fellaini is destroying so far. 1-0. Hart stopped his first header but he finished right over him. Dzeko unlucky so far. Got taken out by Howard in the air. Then fell in the box and took a hard shot off the head from Nasri
Dzeko just had a nice shot saved by Howard. Then drew a penalty on the following corner. Hajmo Dzekson!
Who cares really. Nothing pisses me off more than a guy who barely moves on the field. Does every goal have to be a perfect ********ing pass?
Pretty much. I'd be willing to bet anyone that he would be on the bench for most of the time at Real. Benzema's skill on the ground and otherwise is better than Dzeko's and at the end of the day that's what coach looks at.
Joe Hart and Begovic are easily the best keepers in the EPL and quite possibly the workd at the moment. Even on the goal Hart made an unreal save. Another one right before half too. Although he has better defenders than Begovic he is still forced to save the team countless times. Dzeko isnt playing that well. Probably gonna get subbed off in the 55th or 60th min as usual
