Historic moments in Korean football coming up. Second division in Korea (with relegation and promotion) in full force and draft system slowly in the process of dissolving; by allowing clubs to sign one player on a freelance contract (with options for more in the future). News: K2 + Daejeon Citizens become the first team to sign a player on a freelance contract. 22 year old side defender Ko Byun-soo from Dongguk University is the player.
its going to be an exciting start for K2. hope Anyang meets either FC Seoul or Suwon, same with Bucheon SK to meet Jeju United. would be an awesome FA Cup match
Mini sample of Busan's 2013 homes jersey leaked through Busan's twitter. Still far from finished design. http://twitter.com/BusaniparkFC
Daegu and manager Moacir Pereira (and his three coaches from Brazil) have decided not to renew contracts. It was always going to be hard for a financially unstable club like Daegu FC to hold onto a manager like him. Daegu FC have appointed their coach Dang Sung-jeung as the new manager for next season, but Moacir's next destination is unknown yet. Hopefully he can stay in K-league but lets see what happens.
Scouts from Lyon were reportedly watching Yoon Bitgaram yesterday. I think it would be good if he can leave Seongnam. It will be good for the club and good for him to get off a fresh start. Garam and Seongnam were just not made for each other. http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=396&article_id=0000046350
Rumors: Beijing Guoan seems to be interested in Jeonbuk Hyundai Motor's captain, Cho Sung-Hwan. He was targeted by Beijing during the Summer transfer period, but Jeonbuk really needed his service. His contract is coming to an end and might possibly move to Beijing since Jeonbuk has found more defensive reinforcements. http://sports.cn.yahoo.com/ypen/20121123/1446469.html http://news.china.com.cn/live/2012-11/23/content_17300034.htm Shandong Luneng's forward, Han Peng, may move to the K-League this winter. Pohang Steelers have been sending scouts to observe a couple of times. http://sports.sina.com.cn/j/2012-11-24/07136308702.shtml http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/micro-reading/dzh/2012-11-24/content_7586915.html The Thailand international forward, Dangda Teerasil, has been linked to several clubs around the world. I would not mind seeing him play in the K2 next year. He might have the potential to be the next Piyapong Pue-on. http://www.asianfootballfeast.com/2012/11/29/teerasils-stock-soars-after-hat-trick/
I would not mind seeing Dangda Teerasil in K2 either. toohyper What do you mean... the people in Busan don't know about Busan IPark?
It seems that Lee Woon-jae will not be renewing a contract with Chunnam Dragons. To retire or to continue..??? http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=073&article_id=0002199898
Gwangju's Joao Paulo and Bogdan Milic will not be with the team next year in the K2. (Why would they be? The owner of Gwangju FC is an asshole who doesn't know how to take care of the team. He sacked the foreign injured player once they came back to the team, he would not provide food for them, he would make them cooling/heating accommodation for the players, and he would not even provide a training ground for them and made them train in the public park. ) Good luck to Bogi and Joao Paulo where ever they go! http://news1.kr/articles/785449 Just please sack him. Fans saying their good byes. Bogi already left Gwangju with this tweet.
Hearing them forced to train in a public park is upsetting. Must have been so annoying with all the little kids or old ahjumas getting in the way. Sad to see players being mistreated.
Jung Hoon, Lee Seung-hyun, Kim Min-shik, Kim Dong-chan But good news for Jeonbuk the loanees will be back - Kim Hyung-beom will be a great boost.
Kim Ho-gon will be officially extending his contract with Ulsan Hyundai after the CWC. http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=018&article_id=0002696481
A good bye and thank you to Lee Woon Jae. http://sports.media.daum.net/soccer/news/k_league/breaking/view.html?newsid=20121205234705597
Legend but couldn't you have stayed in shape for the 2010 WC? Would have saved us much agony and anguish. Always a legend though.
Too be he went a far on the tipping scale, he should never left the post. It's so surreal seeing memberrs of National Team fall from grace.
Good luck on his future. PS - Please remember to post in the right thread. https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/threads/k-league-miscellaneous.1946362/
Incheon United's manager Kim Bong-gil's son, Kim Shin-cheol will be playing for Bucheon SK next year http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...77&article_id=0002892202&date=20121206&page=1
Oh Jae Suk to J2 side Gamba Osaka... The article says the transfer was a done deal since October. I don't like this move at all. http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=260&article_id=0000000627
