So who do you think will relegate this year? The list is Genoa, Bologna Chievo, Siena, Sampdoria, Pescara, Palermo and torino. I believe this are the clubs who risk it the most. Genoa have players missing now, in particular borriello. And I think he will score some goals to keep them in serie A.DEL Neri is yet to collect a point with genoa, but i think at the end he will save them. Sampdoria are on 8 game losing streak, they need to sack ferrara. They are one of my picks to go down. Pescara - very poor side, some fluke results they got Palermo - Miccoli will ensure their stay in serie a. Bologna - Somehow will stay too, gilardino will do some of his crap goals from time to time. Diamanti is there too. Torino - they have ogbonna in their defence, and dont see them going down either. Chievo - look poor, but they always manage to stay in serie a at the end. Siena - they have points deduction, and it will hurt them at the end imo. Its always the case, teams that bring more then 40 points never relegate in serie a. Its the limit required. My picks pescara, sampdoria, siena.
My picks are Chievo, Siena and Pescara. I think Sampdoria survive by the skin of their teeth. I think Chievo it was only a matter of time and their defense, what's kept them in Serie A imo, has been pretty poor. Pescara also has a poor defense, on a bit of a Zeman withdrawal, and Siena's 6 point deduction might just be a bit much for a side like them to get out of relegation zone. Genoa has an awful defense as well so you could probably flip them with Siena and three leaky defenses in Serie A get sent down. Palermo is going down as soon as Miccoli retires. Torino is staying up I think, and Bologna will have a run at the end like last season to stay up.
Ideally I'd like to see teams that don't have derbies to get relegated because it'd be cool to see chievo v. Hellas verona, sampdoria v. Genoa, Roma v. Lazio, Juventus v. Torino
yeah but the Cellino v. FIGC with the IS Arenas is gonna kill their season if they keep having battles over it
Genoa might too, its a shame to watch Sebastian Frey get skinned constantly like he does by that horrid backline. Del Neri might get the sack soon, and maybe Gasperini goes back there to try and save once he gets sacked from Palermo
