Vote here http://www.houstondynamo.com/news/2012/11/next-round-voting-now-open-2012-latino-del-año to vote for Boniek in the knock-out stage in voting for Latino of the Year. He is against Montero and judging by the comments he has it locked up. But go vote and show your support.
Speaking of bum rush, it seems like the Hondurans are the ones bum rushing... Look at the top vote getters.
Hondurans are massive supporters of their guys. Boniek will probably make it to the final of this thing, no joke.
Wife beating, stalking, racism, if you throw in some anti-semitism, you'll be ********ing hating on all cylinders! I like that! Let's join forces and piss off BigSoccer mods together! Hahahaha
After the Paul McCartney concert, dmcduff told me to join him at Lucky's tonight, because he was talking soccer with some Hondurans. Oh man, one of the guys has a brother that played for Real España and they freaking love the MLS for giving their guys an opportunity to earn big bucks and make it! Y'all are right, they keep close tabs on every one of their players!
Boniek got much love from the crowd last night, they were chanting his name while he was waiting to be subbed on in the 74th. The only other thing from the game I really remember was that it requires talent to walk around in stillettos that high, and there was definitely talent there.
Your picture reminded me of that girl doing the halftime shooting contest during a game not long ago, in a miniskirt and really high heels. I just knew she would fall, but she actually managed to kick the ball. Not exactly at the goal, but she did get the kick off. Very disappointing.
if my wife asks i'm thumbing up the Boniek comment only. 16 minutes of playing time is not bad. hope he half-assed it (like the "talent")
The "Talent" had plenty so no half-assing it for them. Boniek however played a lot more "reserved" (let's just say) than if this was truly a meaningful match.
Need to put another vote in for Boniek today. http://www.mlssoccer.com/es/latinodelano/2012 Los catrachos have came out in force for this voting!
Dynamo midfielder up against Victor Bernardez in the Latino del Año competition http://www.houstondynamo.com/news/2012/11/boniek-garcia-advances-semifinals-latino-del-año
I wonder if my tip to diez.hn had anything to do with it (why allow a fanbase to determine a winner when you can get a whole country involved)
Dynamo midfielder Boniek Garcia has advanced to the final round of FutbolMLS.com's Latino del Año competition. The Honduran midfielder defeated San Jose Earthquakes defender Victor Bernardez in the previous round, winning 71.35% of the vote.
