It's news that Chivas USA will be at the HDC next season? That's as newsworthy as a new stadium not being moved into within 3 years.
Well since Chivas USA didn't really play any soccer at the HDC this past season, it would be news worthy if they did next year....

Also, Nigeria called up Bright Dike from the Timbers and Cameroon called up Franck Songo'o from the same. Surprise callups for me considering the historical quality (in the last 2 decades at least) of both of those teams. Songo'o less surprising than Dike, but whatever. Good sign for the league.
Guessing some of these countries will do it just to take a runner on a guy who won't cost much to fly in for a friendly (it's in Miami). Ghana did that with Nyarko and Oduro in Phildelphia earlier this year--- not sure if they'll ever feature again, but at least they get a look.
