I just wanted to show a recent picture of the MHSC ladies... ^^ Eating pizza shouldn't be a problem ... Like them (They do eat a lot) LOL: Rumi Utsugi played a few times but I think it wasn't televised etc. (this website gave some playing time details: http://www.statsfootofeminin.fr/equipe.php?equipe=8&id=310)
Before today's game in Osaka the young Cerezo Osaka side took on the INAC Under-18's, losing 1-0 in a 20 minute-a-side game. It's a pity it was so wet today. What did Takatsuki think of having INAC play in their city at the same time as themselves? Their attendance was the lowest of the season.
It's nice that she's confirmed to be back!!! You can't gather any more news about her or maybe some pics? Anyway, I see that MHSC won all their matches in D1 but the one vs PSG, that they tied (although it has to be said that PSG is the only "big club" that they met 'til now ). What are the current rankings in D1? OL won all the matches, then MHSC and PSG? And what about Juvisy?
Current women D1 ranking: OL (28), MHSC (26), PSG (24) & Juvisy (20)... And having the two japanese players in current top 2 is cool ^.^
blussettt, why not post the YT link anyway.......for some reason, YT did not send me a link email. All I got was the interniews video here. Edit - live link to Franfurt v Woldsburg, Saki in DF, NOW
At least she scored, she deserved it, you talk a lot about Kyokawa (it seems all of you are her boyfriend, mother, dad or something) but I like Kumi so much more than Mai and more than that we have already a world class striker, and is Ogimi and is not old, Kyokawa have to eat a lot to reach the level Yuki has, don't overstimate Mai please
I do want Rumi Utsugi in Women's Champions League next season!!! Sorry, mumf, I gave for granted that you was sent the link: here it is, for you and for all of the people who have access to Moukoko's video (and if you don't have, just kindly ask him ). *goes watching Saki play in Bundesliga* Edit: Wow Frankfurt and Wolfsburg are already 1-1 at 20'. Who did score? I didn't know US Ali Krieger was back on the pitch after her injury. Nice!
This year's attendance statistics, for those interested. http://nadeshiko-league.blogspot.jp/2012/11/league-attendances-2012-season.html
VfL Wolfsburg-1FFC Frankfurt 3-2 at half time. Kumagai almost caused a PK , on 2-1 for Wolfsburg, just an half minute before Frankfurt scored 2-2. Anyway a difficult match for her and for all the Frankfurt defense, it seems...
Meanwhile VfL Wolfsburg-1.FFC Frankfurt final result is 4-2 (Wolfsfburg scored again at 90'+2). So-so match for Saki... I have to admit, though, that Wolfsburg looks very strong: I see their chances for WCl quite high. I was overly impressed by their left winger Zsanett Jakabfi: I was wondering why I had never seen her in German National Team, until I found that... she's Hungarian!
Very, very interesting. Thank you very much an_turtar. Apart for record-breaking matches with over 10.000 attendences (like the first "clasico at +16.000 ) is really comforting that INAC never goes under 3.000, Belle has always more than 2.500 followers (that's very impressing in a small town like I guess Mimasaka is ), and the other "big clubs" Beleza and Urawa always reach at least the 1.000 mark. Also, the lowest attendance, 276, was caused by a typhoon and it was even surprising that so many people showed up anyway (I remember highlights from the second half of that match and frankly it'd probably be better postponing it... they were playing in a quagmire ). It's true that "bottom-of-the-rankings" clubs still have unsatisfying average attendences, only raised by the occasional INAC visit, but I guess I still have somewhere some data from Nadeshiko League 2011 pre-WWC-half and, even before confronting them, I am sure there was a big progress... Looks like Vegalta should help raisng the overall average of Nadeshiko League... Let's hope Challenge League don't drop too much down because of that, though...
Alright, I meant to keep this for myself but after Gromits complaint about obsessions with the U20, here comes very important and relevant news about the senior team, involving two of them: Aya Sameshima was ranked second for the most beautiful eyebrows of a japanese international athlete by internet vote sponsored by a japanese beauty salon company. Kawasumi was ranked third. First was Saori Kimura, a volleyball player.
Hoshikawa may leave INAC or women's game all together. He says "I'm not sure about the next season. It's 50-50 at the moment. It may be the right time for the team to move to the next step. I would like to consider it if there are any offers from J-League clubs."
Utsugi is back ! She is playing at the very moment with Montpellier against Lyon (at Lyon). 3-1 for OL at half-time. Lyon has taken its first goal of the season after 2 minutes only by the great Hoda Lattaf. Then , Thomis (twice) and Abily scored. Saki was not at her best with Frankfurt today but it was the whole team wich was not good (Marozsan excepted).
Your question amazes me http://www.womenssoccerunited.com/group/division-1-feminine?xg_source=activity
Wow, that would be quite big news, since, between NTV Beleza and INAC, I guess Hoshikawa dominated all the last Nadeshiko Leagues (since when? )... I wonder who could take his place in INAC, should he really leave... Maybe, one day... Sawa? Yes, Gromit: Virany had told us that Utsugi played already 4 D1 matches. And sure enough she already found an Utsugi picture to upload on her site, from today's match (by the way we are now at 5-2 for OL; but they're still playing, I guess...)
Or you can follow it on the OL official site, like I am doing right now : http://www.olweb.fr/fr/Accueil/100007/Article/61076/OL-4-1-Montpellier-en-direct
