Marc Wilson is injured. Wilkinson had returned last week to replace him at left back, but since he's the normal right back it makes sense to switch him and Cameron. It's not the end of the world for Cameron if he plays well, since Wilson should be out 3 months.
Cameron nearly earned a secondary assist. First there is a great pass from Cameron to put Jones (who was onside) through on the left side, Jones centers and it reaches Kightly who smashes a chance from 12 yards out into the hands of Julio Cesar.
After two whole months on a team with two wins in 11? It's a much higher level for him, be patient. The winter schedule slam is just ahead.
Cameron was switched because Junior Hoilett was [beating him--mod] repeatedly, and it worked well, Hoilett was much less effective in the 2nd half. Cameron plays tons of positions I know but I'm not sure left back is really one of his strong spots, not sure I agree with sky's "7", then again I didn't really see anyone on either side deserving of a "7". Ugly game. [Edited by mod due to gratuitously useless rape reference.]
Some evidence (if you read "between the lines" of Tony Fernandes' posts on Twitter) that he'll get one more game. If QPR's going to make a switch it has to be soon, to give a new guy time to figure out what he needs in January.

It sounds like you guys tuned in to the wrong stream. It also sounds like you were fortunate that the stream wasn't very good.
lol forget I said anything. anyway to my eyes the game was dreadful, Cameron was no better or worse than anyone else on the field for either side, and I don't see anyone as deserving of a "7". really nothing to see in the end I suppose.
