Heynckes will stay at Bayern, says Hitzfeld The former Roten coach has claimed that the 67-year-old will not call time on his spell in charge of the club, and believes that Louis van Gaal still resents Uli Hoeness The 67-year-old's current deal at the Allianz Arena expires at the end of this season, and although the former Real Madrid boss hinted that he may end his career, the Switzerland trainer thinks he will stay. "He will renew his contract," Hitzfeld told Bild. "He makes every player feel like part of the whole group. That keeps the motivation high and forces competition. "If you always play with the same 11 players, there is the danger that you get a two-class society. At Bayern, this is not the case and the coach is reliable. Heynckes looks very lively." Hitzfeld also claimed former coach Louis van Gaal is still angry about his sacking in 2011, after the Dutchman claimed Uli Hoeness tried to force him out of the club. "You can tell he is still mad that about being sacked by Bayern. It is always bad if a coach is resentful. I was not really sympathetic about that interview." http://www.goal.com/en/news/15/germany/2012/11/07/3509948/heynckes-will-stay-at-bayern-says-hitzfeld
I don't side with LVG simply because he had the opportunity to fix his errors the first season. He didn't come up with any reinforcements and relied far too much on the youth academy.
Uli said today they might sell another 9% of the club to a big German company for 100M+. The Allianz Arena could be paid off immediately with that money. http://www.spox.com/de/sport/fussba...rn-muenchen-an-audi-adidas-allianz-arena.html
Correct me if I'm wrong Hendrik but don't we already have 100m € of funds (140-40 for Martinez) sitting in our bank account? Considering this huge amount of money which basically gives us no interests in those times wouldn't it be more likely that there is no 2nd pay-off clause in our loan contract? After all the banks have little interest to get their money sooner unless we pay them something on top in which case we would be dumb as spreading expenses over the years is always better than having one big expense at a time. Perhaps the board just wants to resolve the loan matter to make their sheet even more clean. Well whatever. Should we sell another 9% of our shares then there are more than 25% of our shares in possession of corporations which would give them a blocking minority. I wonder if that could harm us on the long run.
The involved companies still wouldn't have anything to say, none of those companies intend to screw with the club business. It's btw also the last share we can sell, 29% is the maximum in our club statues and if we want to sell those shares then I'm sure Hoeneß and co. have a reason for it (maybe they can make a deal with the bank to get rid of the remaining loan).
I'm breaking out in tears here. There's a guy on transfermarkt.de who has his own "theory" about this investment deal. We take these over 100m € and we will use them for our stadium but not for the Allianz Arena. Instead we buy some piece of land in Riem (near Munich) and then we build a stadium completely in red which we sell to 1860 München under the name of an umbrella company.
Lufthansa is having some harsh times right now and has to let a lot of people go or switch them on new contracts. Hell would turn loose if they'd spend over 100m € on a fancy football club investment. On the other hand it could be a beneficial deal to get close to a premium brand like Bayern München. The premium class is after all the segment where they were struggling over the past few years as a company. According to the newest numbers Siemens is having some profit problems, too. However they probably have the money. More importantly I don't see the benefit for a huge corporation like Siemens to sponsor a football club. They are mostly working for the industry and not the end consumer. My best guess is that we're looking for a big German (did Hoeneß actually say that it's a German company?) company that sells their products to the end consumers. Preferably in the premium segment. Probably already a partner of FC Bayern. My first guess regarding the issue was Samsung who are already our sponsors but it seems to be a German company so Gazprom seems to be out of the picture, too. I browsed through the top 100 companies in Germany and picked out the few where I could imagine an investment. However there can always be a dark horse which wants to recreate their image from scratch like Evonik did with their BVB sponsorship deal. Nobody knew about that company beforehand. 1. Volkswagen: No (Audi = Volkswagen = already partner) 2. Allianz SE: They own our stadium rights and are a close partner. Maybe extend their partnership a little? Though I don't see much benefit as the stadium name rights are pretty much all they need. 4. Siemens: possible but I don't see the benefit for them as a company that doesn't really sell much to the end consumer 7. Deutsche Telekom: hot candidate, already partner and jersey sponsor 12. Deutsche Post: Aren't they wasting their money on Manchester United? However they are interested in football sponsorship in general so...who knows? On the other hand they basically still have the monopoly in Germany so investing 100m € marketing on your home turf does seem wasteful. 18. Bayer AG: Not like that's gonna happen... 19. Deutsche Bahn: They're sponsoring Hertha BSC Berlin and are partially state owned so that speaks against it. However they are interested in football sponsorship in general and could benefit from the premium brand FC Bayern competing with the airlines. However Lufthansa is our sponsor so the longer I think about it the more unlikely it gets. 21. Lufthansa: Partner already and it would make sense marketing wise to upgrade their image as a premium airline and brand. 40. SAP Walldorf: Hopp knows Hoeneß well but I don't see it happening. On top of that they are selling their products to major companys not the end consumer 42. adidas: Already partner 59. Gazprom Germania: Interestingly, if you look at it that way then Gazprom is a German company, too! They certainly have the interest and money but it looks like this company is not German enough. *cough* Hypo Vereinsbank: In fact they are Italian since they were bought by Unicredit but they are a close partner to FC Bayern München and in Ulli's mind they are probably a German company.
Hoeneß stated that there'll be an annual 25-30m € that can be invested into the first team as soon as the Allianz Arena is paid off. Obviously if you buy your next 40m € player and expend the squad there'll be 5-10m € of annual wages, too. Therefore only remaining another 15-20/25m € for the next year but yeah. I believe this will mark the next turn in FC Bayern history. Imagine our usual 30-40m € transfer budget, add 30m € to that, save it up for 2-3 years and you can bid for ANY player in world football including the CR7's and Lionel Messi's of this world.
Ribery says he is becoming more comfortable in a player leadership role. He also says that he would endorse Heynckes extending his contract, and that van Gaal is the only coach he ever had a problem with. http://www.tz-online.de/sport/fussb...-interview-nach-gala-gegen-lille-2603363.html In other news, Robben is trying to wreck our new Porsche.
Scholl said that Hojbjerg is too good for the reserves and his talent is wasted there and it's a matter of time before Heynckes promotes him to the seniors. http://www.fussball-vorort.de/verei...-hojbjerg-dieser-liga-verschenkt-2603449.html
Isn't the kid just 17 years old? He'll get his chances, patience please. He could also be loaned out next season when he's 18 which would be ideal.
Good to hear but where are we going to put all these players? I think it would be wise for Bundesliga to allow 11 substitutions to help promote youth and allow us to be more flexible as well.
The players seems to like him. They were saying however the same thing about LvG when we were winning http://www.goal.com/en/news/15/germ...-heynckes-the-perfect-coach-for-bayern-munich Robben: Heynckes the perfect coach for Bayern Munich
