    *Spoilers*

The SD v Sac game wasn't so much a game, as it was a complete and utter beatdown (15-2). Feel really bad for the freshman side. They should not have been paired in their franchise opener with the Sockers. It was getting sad by the end.

On the plus side the Sockers made their triumphant return to the ancestral indoor home at the Valley View Casino Center (SD Sports Arena), hoisted their 13th championship banner into the rafters, and did it all in front of a pretty darn large crowd.

Here is a corrected Dallas-Harrisburg box score.

I say "corrected" because the score narrative on the PASL web site still lists scores in the MPS format. I have also added a 6 foul penalty that our scorekeepers wrote down but didn't get into the official box score.

I need to get the referee names from the team so that I can correct it further and make it official.

Or you could just link to the boxscore that shows up on the actual scoreboard like everyone else until Pointstreak fixes the gamesheet http://www.pointstreak.com/prostats/boxscore.html?gameid=2042820

Just giving you a hard time. Seriously, it was good seeing you tonight as well as Jay Berlo, Ed Hamm, Ronnie Davis, Jim Tolbert, Gordon Jago, Richard Chinapoo, Sagu and Tatu. A lot of people I haven't seen since the Freezz days (2001) or the last time I was in Dallas for a game (1998).

Baltimore was well-represented tonight by Sagu, Shaun David, Ricardinho, Chinapoo, David Kern, Mike Uremovich (Sr.), and Rusty Troy.

The Sockers also won it without half their starters, missing, due to injuries, prior outdoor commitments, and suspensions. So the Surge were playing against a team with half the roster filled with Sockers Reserves.

Thought some names sounded unfamiliar. Yeah again, Sac isn't a terrible side. They just shouldn't have been made to open against the Sockers.

Oh and attendance was 3,545 last night in San Diego which seems like a legit number based on the crowd I saw last night. And it's an improvement of 1,400 over their average from Del Mar last year. If they can hold at numbers like that or even improve on them the move closer to town might pay off nicely.

Do you have a source for that average from last year?

The source is "the stats". They averaged 2,197 last year.

You read his post where he said San Diego averaged 1,400 in Del Mar last year right?

No, he never said that. He said 3,545 is 1,400 more than what they averaged last year, though...
