then we should get someone cheaper. torosidis will cost more than 10m. 10m transfer fee for a 2-season player is not worth it. i don't see how we're transitioning torosidis (RB) to dodo (LB). if anything i believe balzaretti is our transition to dodo. balzaretti has a few good years left with him, and once he declines we have dodo at the helm

whatever we've got going on at RB shouldn't affect balzaretti/dodo

Is Torosidis that expensive? I thought he was only going to be like 3-5 million?

I just want a RB that can actually cross :(

I hope we don't waste a bunch of money on Ogbonna.

Your not going to be disappointed anyway because I believe we don't have much hope in signing him, we blew our chance of signing him last summer

I really won't be surprised if we make a bid for Rossi. The rumors just won't die, and it's obvious with our latest injuries we need another striker.

Rossi is a hugh risk but one I'm willing to take.

Totti is 36, Osvaldo loves red cards, Destro still needs to prove himself just like Lamela imo. Lopez is still a kid. Tallo, mehhh.

    We could use Rossi.

Much failure, I had mixed up Dodo's sides.

We could still do some kind of Balzaretti RB switch, but I still think(hope) we can get Torosidis cheaper than 10m.

Unless he has signed an extension within within the past couple of weeks that I haven't read about, Torosidis' contract expires next summer. Almost all of the prices of us linked to him were between 3-5m, it'll be even cheaper in January and free next summer. Not sure where the 10m price tag has came from.

    Yeah his contract is expiring?

You really think roma is going to pursue someone at full price? Haha

Get Sampdoria's Eder signed up. I've seen enough in 70 minutes of his play to know he would fit well in our side. Destro can gtf or rot on the bench.

We have a first option on Obiang and Krsticic. Courtesy of Sabatini. ;)

    Lots of variables.

What if City offers more? The Samp President is not going to care what his DS said.

What if the player wants to go to England and earn much more? Things to consider besides their DS's "Word".

We knew that already, it's been well said that the club wanted to sell Osvaldo to make some money but Zeman was convinced by Osvaldo and told to club to sell someone else, step forward Borini. It seems as if Baldini or Sabatini has a huge man crush on Destro as it would've made more sense to sell Osvaldo and keep Borini if Destro was going to be brought in.

However we have what we have and there's no point making if's and buts, we should just make peace with what we have and hope things progress as planned.
