The estrella took me a couple games to stretch a bit.. but they're not yet too comfortable. since they are leather, not k-leather like the Neo.
They don't feel "right" atm since I played so much in synthetic in the last couple years, CTRii and Vapors. That sounds kinda funny being mostly ppl like k-leather/leather more.

Maybe half a size too small? The shoe doesn't stretch it just molds to your foot, the boot imo feels fantastic. Best boot I currently own but then again everyone has a different foot shape so not everyone will have the same experience.

What is it exactly that doesn't "feel" right?

my estrela's stretched a tad for sure, not a lot but enough to notice a bit. and they also had and inch or so wide separation from the sole after wearing them on turf twice. probably about a 1-2 cm deep opening

right, getting fed up with destroying my feet with the vapor insoles and the boot itself is falling apart. How comfy are the Estrela's? I like them because of their price and people seem to rate them. I love the vapor feel when shooting but as a CB the chances are few and far between getting a shot off, and after being demoted from FK taker (unknown why??) will my feet be alright without trusox in these? Even when i wear trusox in vapors it stops alot of blisters but my feet still look bad. Or failing that how comfy are the MIJ morelias. Or even easier, does anyone have a blister free boot??? cheers

nah they were perfect sized. but being asian I do have wide feet. My left foot is perfect but my right foot was a bit more tight. Now the sizing is pretty good wearing them for 3-4 times.
They feel quite natural now but I miss the "thump" from the CTRII and the thinner vapor8 synthetic. i guess that's the "feel" that I was talking about.

I don't think htere's a Japan made model.... unless the ones that are for guys like Jonas.... is it?

I bought a pair of the first SSW indoor boots, and they have a version for wide feet. Is that maybe what you're thinking of?

A looong time ago, I spoke with a seller who had pairs of Japan made SSW but they were made for wide feet. I was just wondering if there were any normal Japan made ones released.

Have you owned the FG version of the SSW?

No, I have not. I wasn't aware they were Japan made.... I remember there was a member here who had the gorgeous blue first generation SSW.... Don't think they were japan made.... but he claimed they fit like a glove, and were very very comfy!

My indoor/astro first gen SSW (for wide feet) was made in china I believe....

Think it was hwangong that had the blue ones wasn't it?

There were colours exclusive to the Asian market, such as the blue and think there was a white/red, but i think the only difference between those boots and the ones sold over here was the soleplate? Think they were made from a different material?

I had the red ones, they were very comfy and held up pretty well over about 18 months, hopefully my Neo's prove to be as rewarding as my SSW.

I have the blue ones and they are still going strong. Stunning boots and soooo comfy

They were Japan only release. Not Japan made. They have different material on the back of the boot compared to the europe released red ones

What is the fit like? I wear a 27cm in the Morelia II and Neo's. Same thing with Nike's and Adidas I could get away with a half size down.

They are a wide fitting boot IMO. Which is good for feet

    I have the following:-

    SSW - 8.5uk
    Wave Ignitus - 8.5uk
    CTR Elite (1st Gen) - 8.5uk
Morelia - 8.5uk (but very very tight, wish I had 9s)
    Copas - 8uk

Must be to put spin on the ball/ get good grip on trapping with that section of the foot.

Figured since I wrote the review on Soccer Reviews I'd add a little bit more about the "Prime Touch Point" (I had no clue it was called that). In testing the SSW3, the PTP really didn't affect anything at all, seemed to me that it was more of a gimmick than anything. If any of you wore the original Umbro GT Pro, which an almost identical zone in the same location, the PTP is basically that.
