This weekend will finalise the teams rank that will split them into into group A or B.
The Split-System in its full swing mode for the first time.

    • Incheon will play Jeju at home
    • Daegu will play Seoul at Seoul
    • Gyeongnam will play Gwangju at home
    • Seongnam will play Suwon at home

wow, still can't freaking believe Incheon is sitting in the top half of the table right now. I think Gyeongnam still has a good chance of beating Incheon for the 8th spot on goal difference if they manage to beat Gwangju

I deeply hope that we will beat the crap out of Seongnam on this weekend. We have never defeated them at Tancheon since 2006. And we would have loved to crush their dream to stay within top 8 by the end of the 30th round. It is always fun to frustrate your hated rivals. Never gets old.

Again, BEAT THE CRAP OUTTA SEONGNAM!!!

At half time things are looking interesting..

Incheon United are currently 0-0 with Jeju United
Daegu are a goal down to FC Seoul
Gyeongnam are a goal down to Gwangju
Seongnam are leading against Suwon [1-0]

If...if Jeju can score a goal (and win) and Seongnam score a couple more...than a miracle can happen for Seongnam. If.

But as of now, Incheon are looking at the 8th/final spot.

fck...a cannonball FK goal from Bosnar (again...) has killed Seongnam's hopes.

    Holy shit!!!!

Things have turned, for now. Gyeongnam have managed to come back and are leading 2-1 against Gwangju!!!

Now they are eighth and Incheon go down a rank.

I cant believe Incheon let this slip. I just cannot believe.

Gyeongnam go through to Group A (coming 8th) and avoids relegation for good.

Daegu, Incheon, Seongnam joins Sangju, Gwangju, Chunnam, Gangwon and Daejeon for the relegation battle in Group B!

    Dejan has 21 goals.

    #2 in the K-League?

    Mao Molina.

Surprised the sh*t out of me. As great of a player as he is and I know he scored some goals this year, I did not expect him to finish 2nd (15 goals) ahead of LDG and Santos.

How about Jair? No one at Jeju expected him to play so well this season. Thanks to him and Santos were in the promotion group!

I think Seo Dong-Hyun and Song Jin-Hyung also deserve some credit too. They are playing really well this season.

Lee Yong-Rae answered to the rumours that followed him as he sought a move to Al Jazira Club (UAE).
“I am indeed disappointed for the cancellation of the transfer. But I was more disappointed with the attitude of media. They started to pour all these rumours about me and I was hurt,” said the 26 year old.

“Some said that I was moving to the Middle East because my family was poor and we needed more money. I admit we are not rich. But we are not that poor. My father was hurt after reading those reports and I felt really sorry.”
“And then some sources said that the transfer was cancelled because the owner of Al Jazira did not like me after seeing my body small in size. That’s not true. I didn’t even meet the owner. The manager wanted me, and he really liked me. He told me that everything would be okay after the medical test did not go well.”
“It was shocking to hear that I had heart problems at the medical. I mean, I have only been playing football for my whole life and now they were telling me that I should not play football because I had heart problems. On the other hand, I felt strange about the result. I never felt any problems throughout my career. It was weird to hear that there was a crucial problem so that I should not play football.”
“After some examinations, what they told me was that the medicine I had been taking to reduce pain in my Achilles tendon could have made my heartbeat irregular. And because I have been playing football without rest for a long time, my body lacked water. Those things could have influenced the medical test. They are not the biggest problems, but I heard later that the team doctor at Al Jazira was the one who was involved after Patrice Muamba collapsed. Maybe he had some trauma.”

I agree. We could have done even better if we had Hong Jeong Ho in defence... we really missed him. Also Kang Soo-Il has stepped up as well like in the match against Jeonbuk
