They will still finish ahead of us.

Frank didn't start off too well but he's improved as the games gone on.

The defending on their goal was shocking but then, so was theirs on ours :D

£24mn and a four-year deal for a 29-year-old luxury player with glass legs who was going into the last year of his contract? Fergie must be retiring soon :D

wonder how United will line up now. it was looking like Kagawa would play the hole with Rooney up top. will Kagawa line up as more of a CM in a two mad Midfield? or be pushed wide?

LOVE that the Arse lost him, completely annoyed United got 'em. Although overall, not a whole lot changes. I already was expecting 3rd in the table this season w/ the skeevy Mancs 1 & 2.

    Ladies and primarily gents,

Can we please refrain from using the word rape to describe a result or action on the football pitch. Sorry for being too politically correct for some of you but there are numerous other words to describe a resounding result or action. While there is not a definitive answer regarding the use on BS atm and each board takes their own stance on the word- I think we could do a lot better than use the word with such indifference.

    Thank you

Ramires was average again on the wing. Oscar started on the left of a 442 and did good. Luiz kept trying to make that Hollywood pass to Damiao...

talk of Barcelona making a move for Alex Song

while I dont rate him as highly as quite a few do, he would be a significant loss for them if they did not replace him

Danke. I seem to recall he regressed a little at the beginning of last season as well. Hopefully JT/RDM has a little chat with him (again....). Thaks for the update.

Kagawa can play wide, either side just as good...but for who? Valencia or Nani?

And to put him in CM would be a waste. It's like putting Hazard or Marin as CMs.

Well that's understandable because it's not like any OTHER two countries have a history between them, is it. Y'know, like England and Germany, Germany and Holland, Germany and France, England and Scotland, basically any combination of England, Germany, France, Holland, Italy, etc. etc. Y'know there's never been any bad feelings between any of those countries, has there?! :D

Do you suppose the guy ever opens a book at ALL?!

It's all rather reminiscent of that dipshit American announcer I heard about, (during the Olympic opening ceremony), who thought Isambard Kingdon Brunel, (pictured below),

... (or the Kenneth Branagh version of him anyway), was this fella...

It's not that she didn't know our history, (although Brunel's relevance extends well beyond our shores), she didn't even know what a major figure from her OWN history looked like.

Not at all saying you're wrong, because you are a BVB supporter, but in the United forums it looks like they quite like him at cm as he's such an intelligent player he adapts to play there.

It'll be interesting to see how he does though, I quite like him and think he's a very good buy.

hopefully very bad for our sake :D
