I hope he is Fergie's eventual successor.

I think he will. Is there a bigger challenge in the game today?

In domestic football, it's the only thing has yet to "win"

What I'm getting at, is taking the mantle from SAF, and going on to be as successful as him would be the greatest thing to his ego going in the game today. If he came here and won over United fans...that really would be something else.

Fergie is one a very, very small group of coaches still active who can make an legitimate argument of being as good if not better than Mou.

Now if Mou could go on to succeed him...

Dont think he will be, he likes to buy players with big fees and wages, ignores youth and doesnt play attacking football.

What's up with the random downvoting of comments on that story?

Why would they get more negative votes than positive?

Anyway, I share the above sentiments.

Only thing I can think of is people being sad to see him go and not wanting to "like" the fact that he's gone. Kinda like a question of liking the sentiment or the fact.

Thought it was weird, especially how very similar comments are all popular.

My only idea was the grammar police. "Too" instead of "to" in the second example, plus all the exclamation points.

Think both your theories are probably more likely now.
