Aquino would be a Barrera-like bust in Europe in my opinion. He's the poor man's Aaron Lennon. All speed, very little technical ability and lack of awareness.

Would love to be wrong, though.

Poors mans Walcott. I think his speed alone will be able to carry him up to certain point, and he is good with the ball and has nice desborde, but his decision making can be terrible. Loses the ball too much as well.

I would have said Walcott, but he had a decent strike rate. The same can't be said about Aquino.

Aquino lacks goals and at the end of the day that's what matters, that the difference between him being another Cabrito Arellano or the next Vela.

Makes sense, and Cruz Azul have Barrera in that position so............... it can happen.

I think Aquino has a shot

Clearly he would struggle in physical leagues like the EPL but i think he can be successful at the right place

Udinese buys a lot of young talent cheap and then flips them for a good profit

    Could happen

Italy is on the down slope, they seem to be losing their stars to PSG. But I would follow it if some Mexicans were brought there, though.

Aquino does lack decision making skills at times, and he is a ball hog at times as well, I'll grant that, but some of the main reasons why players move abroad is to challenge themselves and improve their game. Aquino is no exception to that, and I'm sure he still has the capacity to improve. Of all the games I've seen, and I've seen plenty, I can reasonably say that Aquino seems to have a better work ethic than Barrera on the field. This will help a lot. I watched Barrera in both Real Zaragoza and West Ham United, and he just stood there waiting for a pass, instead of helping defensively. I'm sure that didn't make a good impression on the coaches. Aquino helps defensively for Cruz Azul and the Mexican national football team. If both Granada and Udinese are truly making a bid on Aquino, both options have pros and cons, but Udinese would be a nice move, especially considering that the Italian first division does not have any Mexicans playing for any of the teams.

Sevilla, Valencia, Athletico Madrid, and Malaga have decent squads as well. They are not powerhouses, but they are still considered really competitive.
