Do Mallorca have money? I remember they weren't allowed into the Europa League a couple seasons ago because of debt.

This, Mallorca is broke. How do they expect to pay for him if they are interested.

You know Tigres will want good money for him.

He is a great example of what is wrong with so many tecnicos and directivos out there in Mexico. A kid who has done everything scored tons of goals but gets pushed aside by a cartucho quemado like Omar Bravo.

Unless Cruz Azul are willing to offload Chuletita for peanuts, I doubt that this move will happen.

Orozco in Europe has failure written all over

I don't think he has either the speed or the size to be productive... at least not for a top tier league

Honestly, I think the same thing about Orozco but it irks me to no end that the guy has put up solid numbers and still has yet to be a consistent starter. In a perfect world it would be good to see him loaned out half a season to a Dutch or Portuguese team but we know Mexican teams don't do that to Mexican players.

Gabriel Rojo de la Vega se integra a la disciplina del Rayo Vallecano B y sueña con llegar a Primera

Better known as "Gabri," this 22 year old was part of the Atlante organization (but he apparently also played for América, Socio Águila, and San Luis in their youth squads) until he moved to Spain. I was going to open a thread for him, but "el azteca confirmó en Twitter su fichaje aunque la directiva del Rayo no lo ha confirmado." In other words, when Rayo Vallecano says so, then we can open a thread.

He's a central defender. I don't know if he's been officially signed, but he was a starter last week when Vallecano B tied Southern United and he played in yesterday's preseason 4-1 victory over Atlético Pinto.
