Latest Philadelphia Union salary figures published Philadelphia Inquirer Adu makes a pretty good living, wish I could say the same about other..
Freddy Adu:$400,000.00 / $519,000.00 ______________________________ Chris Albright: $55,000.00 / $55,000.00 Keon Daniel: $55,000.00 / $59,410.00 Gabriel Farfan: $46,200.00 / $46,200.00 Michael Farfan: $57,200.00 /$94,700.00 Antoine Hoppenot: $44,000.00 /$44,000.00 Michael Lahoud: $75,196.00 / 84,571.00 Jack McInerney: $76,000.00 /$140,166.67 Amobi Okugo: $90,000.00 /$173,000.00 Sheanon Williams: $85,000.00 / $90,500.00 Freddy Adu: $400,000......rest of 9 outfield mates: $575,000 (approx).......wow
Hmm...or you could just look at the actual Union starting 11 instead of compiling a list of random players to artificially keep the rest of the salaries low (e.g. Hoppenot has primarily been a late sub, Albright has hardly played, and Daniel has 272 minutes over the last 9 games). Something like this would be more realistic, if perhaps less "wow": Soumare/Gomez: $240K/$275K C. Valdes: $268K S. Williams: $85K A. Okugo: $90K G. Farfan: $46K B. Carroll: $168K M. Farfan: $57K L. Pajoy: $180K J. McInerney: $76K Total: $1,210,000 or $1,245,000
