PLEASE be sure to size down ALOT.

The Copa in the wrong size is terrible.

I'm having problems with my insoles sliding in the boot during play. The insole ends up jammed to towards the joint of my big toe, which in turn makes my other toes feel like they're hanging off the edge of the insole (which they are). Anyone have insole recommendations that have a bit more grip on the bottom?

The Nike ones tend to be the best, I'll have a look around.

Puma 1.12 SLs. I swapped in my adizero comfort soles and they were much better. Sad part is they are pretty worn and I don't see any new ones on soccer.com...

I disagree, Nike's insoles are usually crap IMO.

They usually give me blisters, like Vapor V and Legend IV insoles. The Legend IV insole has decent cushioning, but grips a bit too much. Vapor V insole is just not quality. The insoles that were in the Laser IIIs atleast seemed to be quite decent, but I've never tried 'em on. Perhaps the best insole I know of in terms of blisters is that of the Pred. Powerswerve, and that's why I've bought myself a new pair (of the boots) : ))
(And maybe I was a bit drastic by saying that I feel that Nike insoles are generally "CRAP")

agreed that the Nike V insoles were shocking! they'd fold up in my boots and just fell apart. The Nike Legend IV insole's also gave me problems on my big toes. But every other pair of Nike insoles have been excellent for me.

Legend II insoles are the best with the air zoom, lasers/ctr's are generally the better insoles

Sounds like my beat-to-hell Preds that just sit in the hall, but I'm not gonna give them away. They have too much sentimental value :')

You should send them to the people who make trophies and get them made into this.

Decent boots, stretch a lot. Shoe laces are naff, so you should buy some separate ones.

The only sentimental value I have with them is like 1000+ hours of training and a nasty knee injury!

kanga-lite is synthetic so it won't stretch that much, buy true to size.

If you can't afford $180 I'd suggest you buy another boot as they are quite rare. If you're looking for a quality leather boot, I suggest you take a look at some Umbro Specialis. Incredibly cheap, lightweight and fit really nicely.

Don't be afraid of buying Umbro, the quality of them is arguably superior to the big brands in Nike and Adidas. Although I suppose if you wanted to buy Pantafola Oro's you wouldn't be afraid of that.

Have a look at a company called 'Greaves Sports' they've got a few shops up in Glasgow and i think one in Edinburgh too, they stock Pantofola D'oro and i think you can order online, cant remember what the prices are like but it's worth a look.
