Huge. Fast. Strong. His technique is not great, but his brain is okay so as a result of that he'll do some things or be a part of some moves that you wouldn't expect him to. I'd say playing him without a proper service or at least a strike partner who will look to play him in quite often would be among the worst ways to use him. I hope he does well with you lot because when he's on he is fun to watch. Probably more fun for us to watch because we so rarely have anyone in our academy who is bigger than everyone else.
He probably won't end up playing at Tottenham anyway, Sherwood is responsible for his signing Villa Boas has proven he won't take orders
Looking at the pictures, they are training with the first team, but that might not mean anything. Those guys and Reece Brown.
Cool. I am guessing one of the MUFC folk on Twitter will have the traveling squad maybe tonight or tomorrow.
Wednesday. Always love pre-season friendlies for the sole reason that we get to see the kids with first-teamers (Evans commanding Wes all those years back at the Ajax cup still sticks out in memory)
On Twitter, Petrucci not mentioned as part of the tour. I don't know how legit their info is. if he isn't I would be pretty disappointed as he is better than all of the players that are going. The players mentioned are: Tunnicliffe, Brown, Brady, Vermijl, McGinty, Cole, Veseli, Wootton, Lingard and Blackett (From @manutdportugal)

I find it very funny and fitting that Fryers' mercenary ass is gone now. He'd have been likely to get double-digit appearances w/ Fabio off on loan and Paddy here as the only recognized first team LB. As it is, if we don't buy, we're likely to see either Robby Brady or Blackett get some time there when Evra needs a rest, as per Fergie: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/alex-ferguson-admits-manchester-united-1145710
Think Brady will do well, fiesty player, and will do wonders to converting capable wingers into attacking fullback theory.
In all Fergie's interviews, no mention of Petrucci unfortunately. He needs to make an impression this pre-season. I am also liking the idea of Brady, he has a good touch, very left footed, we'll see how he will fare. If he does well in the pre-season then I can see him become the back up option for this year. Also if Blackett can get minutes, the better it is for him.
Just wanted to link this picture for johno wrt Petrucci's size. Looks like he weights twice what Jones weighed.
SAF standing next to Tyler Blackett by the way and he is probably have the same pace as of Fryers perhaps more and hit a free kick.
