It's Oficial. Diego Forlan moves from Italian Inter to Brazilian Inter. 3 year contract 2 Mil Euros a year salary plus extras. He will be very close to home in Uruguay as Porto Alegre is in the deep Brazilian South. Inter is 2 time Libertadores champs (2006, 2010) and 1 time World Champs (2006 defeating Barcelona in Japan). Inter now has from the mid field up. Who wouldn't want these guys on their team??? Guinazu (Currently on Argentine national team) Bollati (Argentine also put Argie in WC 2010 with goal against Uruguay) D'Alessandro (Argentine Star) Oscar (currently Brazils #10 on Olympic Squad) Forlan (WC 2010 Best Player, Copa America 2011 Champ) Leandro Damião (currently Brazil #9 on Olympic squad) looking good!!!
Looks like Inter is building a super team in Brazil. Now there is a strong link that PH Ganso is leaving Santos to join Forlan at Inter. Nilmar should also be anounced soon. Inter will probably sell Leandro Damião but that still leaves Inter with: Guinazu, D'Alessandro, Oscar, Datolo, Dagoberto, Ganso, Forlan, Nilmar
Inter Milan isnt letting go....they let go already. Forlan is already in Porto Alegre and practicing. He should debut in about 1 week. Why did Inter Milan release him? Probably cause they are cleaning house. Lucio and Julio Cesar are also gone...probably others too. Im very excited to see Forlan at SC Inter. I think he still has a good 2 solid years ahead of him. Maybe more.
Forlan is 33 years old. He shot 2! goals in 2012 and 8 goals in 2011. So I think I know why Inter lets him go. He is not the guy he once was. That D´Alessandro is that the same guy that played in Wolfsburg? If yes i dont rate him at all. About the oters I have to say that I have never seen them play.
