Apparently there was some scuffling among fans in the Russia march-in. Today is Russia Day, and the anniversary of Russia's declaration of sovereignty from the Soviet Union.

Just to make sure this thread doesn't get out of control quickly, everyone needs to keep their discussion of politics and crowd trouble in the thread: Euro 2012 Politics, Crowd Trouble, etc

How about changing the name of THAT thread? It is rather clear by now that there really is no FIASCO.

So, any analysis for the match? What we can expect?

The Wikipedia article for the group has the lineups, and Germany has the ref squad, Wolfgang Stark leading.

Well oddly enough, i believe in Poland in this game. Just a feeling.. I made a result bet on 2-2 though. It's gonna be intense, and probably not at pretty game of football

I'm thinking that either Russia will win or draw.

Goal of the Tourney so far?
    It's got my vote.

    EDIT:
Save of the Tourney so far > Poland's Tyton v Greek PK
Pass of the Tourney so far > TIE > Silva to Cesc (result: goal) / Sneijder to Huntelaar (result: kick to keeper's head)
Goal Celebration of the Tourney WINNER > Epic Shevchenko kid

if 2 teams have the same ammount of points , do they take the goal difference or the face off result when deciding who to go through to the next round ?

I think it's the result between the two teams first.

Head to Head is first I think.

Also: Has UEFA mandated that every match has 3 minutes of extra time?
