    For Iran fans:
Is a victory for Korea the best result for us? This way, Qatar doesn't pick up any points. I think the struggle for second and third will be between Iran and Qatar. If Qatar gets zero points from Korea, that would help us.
    Thanks!

how the hell did we draw this team 2-2? korea doesnt even seem to be trying. simple pass 1 touch... too bad our current TM sucks so bad that it cant play like this. we have to use individual moments of brilliance from certain players to score random goals or rely on set pieces.

This is fcing disappointed. I thought Qatar's defense improved. This is exactly why Autuori should have brought in two bigger defenders rather than sticking with two which are under 5'7. They do not deserve to get to the world cup if they are going to play like this in front of their fans.

who said qatar ever deserved to go to the world cup? lol. you guys have to hurry up on citizenship paperwork unless you want to pull a saudi 2002 in 22. to be honest this Iran does not deserve to go to the world cup either, but i would rather us still qualify and lose 2-0 to every team in group stages than not make it. at least we would keep the scores respectable and might even score a goal.

What are you smoking? Iran and Korea are by far the most teams in this group.

Generally I think South Korea is given to qualify to the World Cup, so its good they win and further the distance between the top 2 (which I think will be Korea and Iran) and teams like Qatar and Uzbekistan. But we have to win on Tuesday.

That being said, I dont care all that much. If Qatar won, it wouldnt bother me. We have to focus on our own task, thats the most important thing.

The referee has been pretty lenient on Qatar's nasty elbows on Korean players.

Again, 4-1 is domination by anyones standards. Qatar just falling apart here.

Wow, didn't expect a thrashing against qatar. Much kudos to our management team for preparation of this game.
Any away game win at this stage is tough and very nice win I must say. With this momentum, I expect another goal feast against lebanon playing in out home just couple of days later.

Our defense was shaky. Didn't expect the result though especially playing in Qatar. I expect a goal fest against Lebanon.

    the next round is:
Iran v Qatar / S.Korea v Lebanon... if both home countrie win, I can see it be very difficult for the bottom 3 to catch up.

I cant see Iran losing, a bad result for Iran would be a draw.

If Iran does not win on Tuesday (I dont care if we loose or draw), then we have no business in the World Cup.
